What happened

The OpenTagViewer app worked extremly well the first few days.
It got a ping like every 20 mins atleast and ended a day with like 50-150 depending where i was at.
Now even at crowded locations i get 1 to none and location history only lists like 2 locations even if i go past multiple crowded areas. Same setup with tag, new battery nothing helped. 2 Tags effected, but with findmy on apple pings are like it was on Opentagviewer before just the OpenTagViewer app probably gets like ratelimited every try or so. Even when refreshing constantly it won't have the updated location. I tried with exported from pc and from account.

• If I attached a log, I have had a look at it and taken out anything personal the app missed.

One tag has been seperated for 5 hours the other one for 3 days. All full battery and on.

The attached log is empty: Honor phones encrypt the system log for other apps, so it came out as one unreadable line. Your version is also a test build from before 1.1.0 was released (1.1.0-debug, 029a872).

Please:

1. Install 1.1.1 from the releases page: https://github.com/parawanderer/OpenTagViewer/releases
2. On the Samsung, open the app, press refresh once, and wait for it to finish.
3. Menu → Export Logs, and attach the file here.

Two questions:

• After you re-imported the tags, did reports come back for a while and then drop off again?
• Do you have an iPhone or iPad that these tags are near for part of the day? While a tag is near its owner's Apple device, it does not broadcast to the Find My network, so nothing is uploaded for this app to fetch (details in Why locations lag behind the Find My app on an iPhone, and when a report actually arrives #229). Apple's own app still updates because that device talks to the tag directly.

the samsung phone is from my friend and he currently has it and after i reimported it worked for a lil while and then dropped again. Ipad is near it for 1 hour a day but not much. Ipad also doesn't have Bluetooth or location on. Apples updates are always very fast and on point like OpenTagViewer was.
