Explain why Codex refuses to delete a Task a fork still reads - #467

Conversation
Codex keeps a thread while a fork's history still points into it, and says so only in the wording of its thread/delete refusal. The archived row showed that as a Codex protocol error with the thread ID and code. The Codex driver now recognizes the wording and says to delete the fork first.

Deleting a Codex Task that another Task was forked from fails while the fork exists: Codex keeps the thread because the fork's history still points into it, and says so only in the wording of its
thread/deleterefusal. Caffold showed that refusal asCodex app-server protocol error: cannot delete thread <id>: forked history still references it (code -32600).thread/deleterefusal shows Codex's own message.codex-app-server.mddescribes the refusal in its permanent deletion section.
