Bumps the Sparkle SPM pin (
minimumVersion 2.5.2 -> 2.10.1) inSwift Shift.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj.Why: Sparkle 2.10.x is the current stable line (2.10.1 released 2026-10-25). Notable since 2.5.2: downloader hardening, new Binary Delta v4, feed signing verification, Swift concurrency annotations, markdown release notes. 2.10.0 raises Sparkle's floor to macOS 12; this app targets 13.0/14.0, so no conflict. No API changes touch
