Record the bounded-runtime development app's real Hermes recheck and the initial chat/upload UI review scope. One complete 15,630-byte native reply ended normally without the earlier failure notice; two Stop automation windows produced final rather than aborted and remain unaccepted, with handler/coordinate uncertainty recorded explicitly.
Preserve the original real QA draft, synthetic Studio resources and held item. The later independent read confirms the same physical session and no active run. React Native remains default; no shared service, credential, distribution or release change.
Validation: actual isolated simulator/WebDriver windows described in BACKEND-ACCEPTANCE; docs check (16 instruction pairs, 7 regressions) and git diff --check. Runtime implementation and its CI are separate in PR277.
