Refactoring of the OpenDiS reader that includes the following:

Modification of the dislocation traversal approach to fix issues of missing segments
Extension of the reader to support newer data file format and exadis restart files
Performance improvements by optimizing file parsing and switching from using data classes to numpy arrays


          Fix bug, extend format support, and optimize performance
