Verification notes: targeted tests passed with pnpm exec vitest run src/utils.test.ts src/cors.test.ts src/api/index.test.ts src/types.test.ts (20 tests). Prettier check passed for changed files and git diff --check passed. Full vitest currently fails on existing unrelated src/rls/index.test.ts assertions. This PR is test-only and covers API routing, createResponse, CORS preflight, and RegionLocationHint contracts. |
