Summary

Adds an admin-only appointment visualizations page.

This change includes:

• A new Visualizations page accessible from the admin sidebar
• Summary cards for total, in-progress, and completed appointments
• A bar chart showing appointment counts by workflow status
• Academic year filtering
• Unit filtering
• Admin-only access to the visualization page and navigation item
• Backend filtering for academic year and unit
• Integration with the latest changes from main, including the updated admin sidebar

Manual testing included:

• Verified the Visualizations page loads for Admin users
• Verified academic year filtering updates the displayed data
• Verified unit filtering updates the displayed data
• Verified the chart and summary cards update with the selected filters
• Verified Admin navigation still includes the latest Audit Logs changes from main
• Ran npm run build successfully for the client, server, and shared workspaces

Awesome!! I think one of the open issues is to connect real data with the visualizations, which this already seems to do. So you most likely won't necessarily need to pick up a new issue this week
