The changes merged from origin/main (Emmanuel Mhango, 2026-09-30) re-added data-raw/USAID Flood Response - Post Intervention Survey.csv and removed the usethis stub data-raw/postfloodintervention.R. CLAUDE.md still said the csv is not in the repo and still pointed at the stub, so an agent reading it would look for a file that is gone and treat the raw data as missing. What does this PR do?
CLAUDE.md said the raw csv was not in the repository. Since the merge of 2026-09-30 (PR #18) data-raw/USAID Flood Response - Post Intervention Survey.csv is tracked and data-raw/data_processing.R reads it, so the raw data line now says that. The sentence about the usethis stub data-raw/postfloodintervention.R is dropped because that file was deleted in the same merge.
dev was a strict ancestor of main and was fast-forwarded first, so this PR carries one commit.
