What

  • background.ts: POST /summon to the desktop overlay on connect and /active-tab on tab switch (OVERLAY_SUMMON_PORT = relay port + 1). Push the authoritative active tab on tabs.onActivated/onUpdated and windows.onFocusChanged.
  • manifest.json / welcome.html / icons + store/website assets: Bolt branding.
  • Add .gitignore for bolt-key.pem (CWS listing private key; never committed).

Why

Enables the desktop overlay's browser-access flow: the extension summons the docked overlay and drives the live tab-title placeholder + per-tab permission prompts directly (the relay reports no active tab when idle, so the desktop can't infer it).

Notes

Paired with the desktop change in openinterpreter/interpreter-workstation (submodule pointer bump).

Made with Cursor

- background.ts: POST /summon to the desktop overlay on connect and /active-tab
on tab switch (OVERLAY_SUMMON_PORT = relay port + 1); push the authoritative
active tab on tabs.onActivated/onUpdated and windows.onFocusChanged.
- manifest/welcome/icons + store/website assets: Bolt branding.
- Add .gitignore for bolt-key.pem (CWS listing private key; never committed).
