User Story
As a course team member, I want to be able to view information about the skills on my platform and learner progress toward mastering those skills, so that I'm able to monitor, manage, and report out on this information.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A new Competency Dashboard has been added to Superset
Given I am a user with access to Superset
When I have the required perms to view the Competency Dashboard (See: https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OEPM/pages/6720651273/Access+to+Aspects+Dashboards)
Then I can view and open the Competency Dashboard
And it contains only data about the Competencies I have access to (See the access link above)
