User Story
As an administrator, I want there to be a Cumulative Pathway Enrollments Over Time chart added to the Pathway dashboard, so I can identify periods of high or plateaued enrollment in my pathways for analyzing my pathway marketing efforts and for planning purposes.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A Cumulative Pathway Enrollments Over Time area chart has been added to the Pathway Enrollment and Completion section.
Given I am a user with access to the Pathway Dashboard
When I view the Enrollment and Completion section
Then I see an area chart with N Enrollments on the Y-axis and Time on the X-axis.
And when I update the time grain and/or time range of the chart
Then I see the chart updates accordingly.
