Add Pathway Summary table to Pathways Dashboard

User Story

As a pathway administrator or course team member, I want the most important high-level information about my currently filtered pathways to be shown at the top of the pathway dashboard, so that I can access that information quickly before scrolling further down to dive into more details.

Acceptance Criteria

Description: A Pathway Summary table has been added to the Overview section of the Pathway Dashboard.
Given I am a user with access to the Pathway Dashboard
When I view the Overview section
Then I see a Pathway Summary table showing the following for each currently filtered Pathway(s):

• Pathway
• Organization
• N of learners currently enrolled
• N of learners that have passed all pathway courses to date
• Pass rate (%) — (N of learners who have passed the pathway* / N of learners enrolled in pathway) x 100
• Average time from starting the first item in the pathway to passing the final item in the pathway, of those who passed (by default, this is shown in weeks, but the user must be able to update the time grain to hours, days, weeks, months).
• N of pathway items
• Item with highest pass rate
• Item with lowest pass rate
• N of pathway certificates earned

And I am able to sort this table by any column
And this column is sorted by the Pathway column (from A-Z) by default

*Note: For the Willow release, passing the pathway will mean passing every course in the pathway.

@crathbun428 - a pathway could require only a subset of courses be passed in order to complete the pathway - but i believe we will receive an event when the pathway is marked as 'passed/completed' so we should use that instead of checking that all items have been passed

then these would be:

• N of learners that have passed the pathway
• Pass rate (%) — (N of learners who have passed the pathway / N of learners enrolled in pathway) x 100
• Average time from starting the first pathway item to passing the pathway, of those who passed (by default, this is shown in weeks, but the user must be able to update the time grain to hours, days, weeks, months).
