fix(sec): add missing debt tag spellings to balance sheet schema

balance_sheet.json was missing four us-gaap tag spellings, so
current_portion_of_long_term_debt and short_term_debt came back empty
for issuers filing under them (XOM's us-gaap:DebtCurrent, KO/MU's
LongTermDebtCurrentMaturities, etc.).

This adds the missing spellings from #7634 to all four company-type
sections (industrial / financial / diversified / insurance):

• current_portion_of_long_term_debt: LongTermDebtCurrentMaturities, DebtCurrent
• short_term_debt: NotesAndLoansPayable, OtherShortTermBorrowings

Each is a spelling of a quantity the schema already models, not a new
quantity (per the issue's verification).

Note: this addresses part 1 of #7634. Part 2 (total_operating_income
imputed as total_revenue) concerns the imputation rules and is left for
a separate change.
