tart set --diskcopies the new disk into$TART_HOME/tmp, but it builds the destination withURL.path(), which percent-encodes it. IfTART_HOMEhas a space, the destination ends up as.../Tart%20Home/tmp/..., the copy fails, and the error says the source disk doesn't exist.Now it uses
path(percentEncoded: false), same as #1328. Added a test with a space inTART_HOME.
