The repository root mixes runnable source with generated task visualizations, API-error dumps, and historical reports. This cleanup reduces visible root entries from 49 to 18 and makes the remaining source easier to navigate.

  • Remove 21 generated HTML snapshots and 93 captured API-error JSON files (about 9 MiB of tracked output). They remain available in Git history. Keep the source visualizer and the actual game HTML pages.
  • Move 229 historical task-review/investigation reports and the old category list under analysis/archive/, with a location map and recovery instructions.
  • Move manual attack/harvest/tile diagnostics into scripts/diagnostics/, the old batch wrapper into scripts/legacy/, the task-design evaluator into analysis/scripts/, and prompt-template documentation into docs/benchmark/.
  • Replace machine-specific checkout paths in the moved tools, direct new task-review output to ignored runs/task-reviews/, add generated-output ignore rules, and document HTML regeneration.

The imported root verifier modules and benchmark task directories remain in place. This change does not change benchmark criteria or scores.

Validation: all 21 offline benchmark tests pass; moved Python tools import from a different working directory without changing it; task-review output defaults, HTML regeneration, ignore rules, local documentation links, Python compilation, shell syntax, and git diff --check pass. No live game diagnostic or model-based task evaluation was run.
