ci(desktop): build only on macOS for now (drop Linux compile job) - #25

macOS is the only shipped target, so run just the osx bundle. The Linux compile-validation stage is removed for now; the macOS bundle still compiles src-tauri via `tauri build`, so the Rust bridge stays covered. Re-enable by reverting when a Linux/universal target is on the roadmap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Per request: only run the osx desktop compile/bundle for now. Removes the
compile-linuxjob fromdesktop.yml; keepsbundle-macos. macOS is the only shipped target, andtauri buildon macOS still compilessrc-tauri, so the Rust bridge stays covered. Reversible. Drafted by Orca (ecs-claude).
