charts/openab/Chart.yaml(version,appVersion) to0.10.0-beta.7andCargo.tomlto0.10.0, so that merging tagsv0.10.0-beta.7and starts the release build.Non-goals
No source, chart template, or workflow changes. The release notes are written separately on the GitHub release.
Accepted Residual Risks
This PR does not test the release contents. The pre-release images are validated after the build, before any stable promotion.
