Compatibility of the stricter archive requirements with existing backups and the linked Core change needs confirmation.

What changed in this PR
This PR corrects backup-upload validation and version-tag sorting in the system configuration UI.
Changes:
- Checks for specific backup archive entries, counting each path once.
- Compares version numbers numerically and keeps
*HEAD*first.
