Motivation: Reviewers clicking the PR preview link immediately after pushing encounter temporary 404 errors because the background GitHub Pages deployment is still running. Design Choices: Embed a live SVG status badge for the "pages-build-deployment" workflow directly into the sticky PR comment, linking it to the deployment dashboard. Benefits: Provides visual real-time feedback (queued, in-progress, passing) directly on the PR, letting reviewers know exactly when the preview is ready to be viewed.
