Overview
Form store submission tables now default-hide calendar and payment columns when the form has no schedulingEvents or paymentEvents, so irrelevant columns stay out of the initial view.

This adds a V3 step to the versioned columnVisibility defaults in getVersionedFormTableState, where hidden columns can be computed from the form. The helper now takes { form, initialState } (wired from useFormStoreTable), and existing saved table state is migrated from V2 to V3 the same way as earlier versions—without re-applying V3 rules when defaultHiddenColumnsVersion is already V3.

Tests cover new tables, mixed event presence, V2 upgrades, and the “already on V3” case. Changelog updated under Unreleased.
