Workspace version, lockfile, README checkout line. The cut carries the restore fix from the field (#267): a session that entered a worktree mid-conversation is keyed on its birth dir, and the launch refused it; it now resumes from there, repoints the row's cwd and branch, and the launch bake reuses the same rule as a click.
