Replaces the Hermes Dashboard portion of multi-app Renovate PR #7228. The original PR remains open until this replacement is safely merged.

• Adds version 2026.9.24 alongside 2026.9.21, preserving the existing upgrade source and user data bind.
• Image tag: nousresearch/hermes-agent:v2026.9.24.
• Exact PR head 0086e28 on localApps base 92dbf64 passed isolated live 1Panel v2 upgrade smoke from 2026.9.21 to 2026.9.24. Install, upgraded-running, HTTP readiness, restart, post-restart HTTP readiness, uninstall, and cleanup checks passed. Gateway integration was not exercised.
• Source secret scan passed with 0 findings.
• Trivy CVE scanning was not run per owner instruction. CVEs remain unassessed; post-merge follow-up is pending.
