Superseded by #7690, which added the dedicated 4.7.3 package directory and merged at 33aa530. The live 1Panel upgrade smoke from 4.6.5 to 4.7.3 passed install, upgrade, running-state, restart, and uninstall checks. As requested by the maintainer, vulnerability scanning was not run and remains a post-merge follow-up.
