Pull request overview
Adds a new query documentation page for identifying completed SSMM service requests that are missing facility location IDs (i.e., no locations).
Changes:
- Introduces
Care/Operations/service_requests_missing_location_ids_ssmm.mdwith purpose, parameters, query SQL, and notes. - Adds a Metabase
datefield-filter parameter (currently shown as an optional clause in the SQL).
