Machine learning tutorial

This project aims at creating an introduction to a real-life machine learning problem in neuroimaging, based on nilearn. This tutorial could be used to attract people with some general knowledge in machine learning and get them to give a stab at neuroimaging data, typically at a brainhack or maybe at HBM's hackaton.
