Add branded account connections to onboarding and Integrations

Users can connect accounts during onboarding and manage them later in Integrations. This adds a compact Off Grid UI with provider logos, shared controls, connection cancellation, and account management, while keeping optional setup and advanced own-client access.

Adds inert core provider hooks, OAuth callback handling, a file-route onboarding fix, main-process registration configuration, and the Pro submodule reference. Syncs design guidance and records the provider research.

Companion private implementation: https://github.com/off-grid-ai/desktop-pro/pull/90. Merge the Pro work before merging this submodule update.

Validation: production build and Pro type check passed during implementation. No additional tests were run for this PR. Full live add/update/cancel/remove review remains incomplete. Google verification, Microsoft publisher verification, and release configuration remain required. Credentials and private console screenshots are excluded from this branch on GitHub.
