Build from source requires private off-grid-ai/shared repo

Summary

The "Build from source" steps in the README cannot work for anyone outside the organization. npm install needs the private off-grid-ai/shared repository checked out next to this repo.

Steps to reproduce

git clone https://github.com/off-grid-ai/OGAD.git
cd OGAD
git lfs install && git lfs pull
npm install

Expected

Dependencies install, as described in the README.

Actual

package.json declares six local-path dependencies:

"@offgrid/models":     "file:../shared/packages/models",
"@offgrid/speech":     "file:../shared/packages/speech",
"@offgrid/sync":       "file:../shared/packages/sync",
"@offgrid/ui":         "file:../shared/packages/ui",
"@offgrid/use":        "file:../shared/packages/use"

../shared does not exist. https://github.com/off-grid-ai/shared returns 404, and none of the packages are published on npm. CI checks the repo out with secrets.CI_CROSS_REPO_TOKEN (.github/workflows/ci.yml), so outside contributors have no path to it.

Why it matters

The README says "Build from source" and the project is licensed AGPL-3.0, but the open core cannot be compiled from public sources. This also blocks community contributions and unofficial ports (for example Linux, see #45).

Possible fixes

• Make off-grid-ai/shared public (or at least the six packages above), or
• Publish the @offgrid/* packages to npm and depend on versions, or
• Vendor them into this repo as a git submodule with a public URL, like pro/ but public.
• In any case, document the ../shared requirement in the README's "Build from source" section.

• OS: Arch Linux x86_64 (also applies to macOS/Windows from-source builds)
• Node: 26.8.1 (the repo asks for >=22 <23, but the failure is independent of this)
