Hackathon project for BrickHacks2020 which allows users to see crime around the city at certain times.
Once logged in, the user can tap on a location to add the incident waypoint.
The report submission interface requires an incident name.
Once submitted, the waypoint appears in the map and can be hovered for additional information such as the time of report and the incident name.
