• SessionStart sync has no cooldown: tools that launch claude repeatedly turn the summary backlog into a nonstop Haiku loop

• remembering-conversations: tautological MUST line and word caps in search-conversations agent

• remembering-conversations: "Task tool, subagent_type: search-conversations" doesn't match current Claude Code

• OMP: current session files index zero or only the last exchange (title slot, non-message tree nodes)

• Embedding model cache lives inside node_modules/@huggingface/transformers/.cache/ — every version bump or repair install orphans the 34 MB model and silently requires a fresh Hugging Face download

obra/episodic-memory#173 · Filter by author JaydonZhao opened on Sep 19, 2026

• Recovery path still can't converge: #95's probe reports a package healthy when its declared entry point is missing, and a truncated tree makes the repair install fail rather than repair
