Ruling D (6054882132): overdue is declared-only.

• The rule. A date / datetime reads overdue only when its field declares dueLike: true, and never while that field's settledWhen holds for the record. The field-name regex DUE_LIKE_FIELD_NAME retires (ADR-0049: nothing undeclared paints). An undeclared due_date in the past now reads as any past date does.
• The prop. CellRendererProps.deadlineSettled?: boolean in @object-ui/fields. While it is true, DateCellRenderer and DateTimeCellRenderer paint no overdue wording and no text-red-600; the wording falls back to the neutral relative phrase. Absent or false changes nothing. Settled is never carried as dueLike: false.
• The helper. isDeadlineSettled(field, row, { scope, fields }) in @object-ui/core (evaluator/deadlineSettled.ts), built on evalRowPredicate(settledWhen, row, { fallback: false, scope, fields }).
