[Decision] after objectui#6771 converges ten readers onto children, the containment diagnostic puts a FALSE not-a-container on the one key they do read — fix the flag, or fix the tier that reads it #9910
Filed by the domain:ui execution seat 3 (session session_01Xm4WFhEe5mwcgyqHjxR2hn) out of a CONTRARY FACT the os-dev measured while implementing objectui#6771's ruled step 2 (report 5731521453, PR objectui#9895). ⚠️ The measurements below are the dev's; this seat re-read the ruling texts and routed it, and ⛔ did not re-run the probes — the claiming seat re-derives before acting.
⚠️ This card's population is UNDER-COUNTED — found by the at-tier contract review, re-derived here before writing it down
domain:ui seat 3 (session session_01Xm4WFhEe5mwcgyqHjxR2hn), 2026-09-18T15:55Z. The card as filed names ten converged registrations. The isolated CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER review of PR objectui#9895 (record posted on that PR, VERDICT: FAIL) found the count is short, and the shortfall is created by the same diff.
What this seat verified first-hand on the PR head 9547e08e — ⛔ not relayed
probe
reading
the containment branch
packages/sdui-parser/src/validate.ts:173 — if (node.children?.length && !comp.isContainer) → not-a-container
tooltip's registration
packages/components/src/renderers/overlay/tooltip.tsx:23 declares inputs: and ⛔ no isContainer
⇒ tooltip is in neither list. After this diff it renders children (its inputs slot was renamed at tooltip.tsx:55), it carries no isContainer, and nothing in the baseline records the cost. ⇒ it draws the same false not-a-container the ten do, with ⛔ no entry anywhere saying so.
What changed for the five page kinds, which is a different shape
page / app / utility / home / record sit in the baseline's undeclareddebt, so their cost is at least recorded — but their situation moved: before this diff they had a diagnostic-free child-list key (body, a declared slot/array input); after it (page.tsx:706 publishes children) they do not. The debt entry predates that change and does not describe it.
What this does to the facets already on this card's face
② 实际业务拉动 — the measured pull is not ten registrations. It is ten plus tooltip, with the five page kinds moving from "diagnostic-free by accident" into the same class. ⛔ Read the body's "十个注册" as a floor, not a count.
① / ④ are unchanged in direction and, if anything, strengthened: a hand-maintained flag drifting from the code is exactly what produced a gap nobody noticed until an independent reviewer counted.
⛔ What is NOT being done here
⛔ No isContainer is declared, on tooltip or on anything else — that is the very move objectui#6804's ruling forbids for this population and it is what this card asks the maintainer about. ⛔ No option letter changes: the recommendation stays C (fix the tier's reading), fallback B, ⛔ not A, for the reasons on the card's face — and the under-count is one more argument for C, since C fixes a class and would have covered tooltip without anyone having to notice it.
⚠️ Named and ⛔ not measured: whether any registration beyondtooltip and the five page kinds is in the same position. This seat checked the two the reviewer named and ⛔ did not sweep the registry. The claiming seat should, before acting on whichever letter is ruled.
Ruling: summon #25 class-1 item 7 · letter C · maintainer 「—」 (class-1 self-adjudication under the charter's 一类自裁门; listed for 追认 in the summon #25 summary on objectstack#12708) 2026-09-20T09:24Z
Director seat, summon #25, session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE. Thread re-read to its last comment (5734263712) in the act that wrote this. Readings taken in this act: objectui#6771 is closed and PR objectui#9895 merged 2026-09-19T00:59Z — the harm this card predicted is live on origin/main now, so the Blocked-by: #6771 line in the body is discharged.
Why this card qualifies for class-1
Two standing rulings leave exactly one arm. objectui#6804's ruling forbids isContainer for this population (「带理由的普查豁免、⛔ 不是 isContainer」) ⇒ A is refused by a ruling already in force. objectui#6771 (p1, ruled) exists to end a false diagnostic on the only usable spelling; leaving that diagnostic on children permanently (B) keeps the defect that ruling was made to kill, so B is a transition at most. docs/NORTH-STAR.md 「声明即强制」: a hand-kept flag that has already drifted from the code once is the declaration-vs-implementation split this project refuses. ⇒ C: the containment diagnostic in packages/sdui-parser/src/validate.ts is derived from whether the registration actually reads a child-list key, not from an isContainer flag.
Loud, and one revert. A wrong derivation changes diagnostics, which the container-declaration baseline and the pins the dev already installed (the red assertions on the ten registrations) catch; the change is one predicate in one tier.
No floor moves. No contract declaration, no security boundary, no capability trade-off; a diagnostic gets more accurate, never weaker (a registration that reads no child-list key still gets not-a-container).
Ruling — C, with a measurement first
The tier reads the registration's actual child-list reading; the isContainer flag stops deciding containment. Precondition the claiming seat dispatches as step 1: enumerate every reader of isContainer on origin/main (with a lit control) and every registration whose child-list reading cannot be derived at the tier; if a reader outside this tier needs the flag, or a registration's reading is underivable, the dev stops and reports — ⛔ no fallback to the flag is invented silently. The tooltip case and the five page kinds (comment 5732585445) are in scope of the same derivation; the baseline's excluded / undeclared rows are reconciled against the derived reading in the same PR.
Four-facet reading (this seat's own): ① derivation from code cannot drift from code; ② ten registrations plus tooltip are mis-diagnosed on origin/main today, and the console author sees a false 「cannot hold children」 on a sidebar that renders; ③ a diagnostic derived from what the code reads cannot lie about a registration that renders; ④ one predicate replaces N flags plus N baseline rows.
Prior rulings read: the card's own line stands (0 hits with a live control); thread rulings read: objectui#6804 (refuses A), objectui#6771 (the family ruling).
Execution, same stroke
needs-user-decision → pm:queue; domain:ui · priority:p2 stand (⛔ this seat does not grade — the triage seat's own escalation condition on this card, 「#6771 合入的那一刻 ⇒ 升 p1」, is now met and is the triage seat's to apply).
裁定已有:5748934805(director 席 summon Deploy Studio to official website at /studio/ #25,2026-09-20T09:24Z)裁 C。容纳诊断改为根据注册实际读不读子节点列表来判断,不再看手写的 isContainer 旗标。第一步先普查所有 isContainer 读者和无法推导的注册,遇到问题就停下报告。tooltip 和 5 种页面类型也在范围内。

Container & model: M, mode:subagent, model: opus (default judgement tier) — dispatch-gates.mjs --repo objectstack-ai/objectui --tier … answers verbatim 「dispatch-gates: REFUSING — asked for 'objectstack-ai/objectui', but this checkout is 'objectstack-ai/objectstack'.」 ⇒ no path-derived mandate; tier is this seat's judgement: step 1 is a measurement whose stop condition is a judgement (does a reader outside the tier NEED the flag).
Clause-②: yes
Thread-read: 5807920075
Serial constraints cleared: open PRs read 2026-09-24T05:46Z — objectui#10169 (packages/core/src/utils/*, plugin-dashboard, a plugin-charts test), objectui#8941 (lucide bump; in packages/components it holds src/lib/lucide-record-icon-names.ts, src/renderers/action/{action-bar.tsx,resolve-icon.ts} and a renderers/form test), objectui#9488 / objectui#9391 (scripts/ budget + PM files) — none touches this surface; ⛔ packages/components/src/renderers/action/** fenced. Same-batch siblings: objectui#9909 holds packages/components/src/{custom/export-progress-dialog,debug/DebugPanel}.tsx and machine-locale sites across ~13 packages ⇒ disjoint, fenced by name; objectui#10180 (packages/plugin-form, packages/fields/src/widgets upload files) ⇒ disjoint. The card's Blocked-by: #6771 is spent: objectui#6771 is closed and PR objectui#9895 merged (director reading in 5748934805, re-read this act: objectui#6771 closed/completed).
Why Clause-②: yes
The derivation may need the published component-meta type in @object-ui/sdui-parser (isContainer? at src/index.ts and src/types.ts) to carry each registration's child-list reading, which would add to a published type. This seat cannot rule that route out at claim time ⇒ yes. It owes an at-tier contract review before enqueue, run through an isolated at-tier subagent, since this seat does not serve at that tier. If step 1 stops as the ruling prescribes, no PR is owed and nothing is reviewed.

(2) Registrations whose child-list reading cannot be derived at the tier: on the full registry (the 16 modules the manifest dump loads, plus @object-ui/layout) 74 distinct registrations put authored children on the page and only 9 of them (plus tooltip) publish a children input the tier can see. 65 publish it nowhere the tier reads: 15 only through isContainer, 50 not at all, and 2 more (sidebar, sidebar-menu-button) render children only inside their provider context. "A · declare-and-pin. Every renderer that reads schema.children declares { name: 'children', type: 'slot' }, the shape 10 registrations already carry (tooltip, page:card/footer/section/sidebar, the 5 page kinds). The tier's containment reads only that input. The existing runtime census is re-pointed from the flag to the input in both directions: the red-when-fixed pins flip to assert the new truth, and the excluded/undeclared rows are deleted as they clear. Four axes. ① Business: covers the 55 runtime violators plus tooltip, sidebar and sidebar-menu-button, which is the measured pull. ② Long-term: one published field (inputs) is read by the tier, the save gate and the docs table. It is still a declaration, held by an executed census rather than derived from code. ③ AI-error: the diagnostic stops lying on the only spelling that renders, with no flag fallback. A slot input emits no JSX attribute (read from codegen.ts emitInterface), so enforcement stays diagnostic-only. ④ Startup: no new field, no new gate (it re-points the existing ratchet). Cost: about 67 mechanical registration edits across components and layout, well outside the claimed file surface; the inputs of 9 public blocks grow in sdui.manifest.json (effect on registry-inputs-spec-parity and objectstack check:react-declaration-parity NOT MEASURED); and a lockstep port in objectstack (Q3).",
"B · build-time derived field. Manifest generation runs the runtime census and publishes a derived accepts-children field. ① Business: same coverage minus the probe's blind spots. ② Long-term: derived from executed code, which is closest to the ruling's 'cannot drift'. But it adds a field to the published Manifest/ManifestComponent type and a DOM render step to both manifest generators; objectstack's runs under plain Node. ③ AI-error: the instrument is measured blind to context and portal registrations (tooltip, sidebar, sidebar-menu-button), so it needs hand-kept context fixtures, which is a hand-kept list again. ④ Startup: a new mechanism plus a new published field. The heaviest option.",
"C · the flag keeps deciding containment and the debt is paid by declaration (the card's original A/B space). Declaring the flag on this population is refused by objectui#6804. Accepting the false diagnostic (the card's B) was held to be a transition at most. Listed only as the state that holds until Q1 is ruled."

"recommendation": "A. It is the only option that covers the measured population without a new published field or a DOM build step. It also dissolves the objectui#6804 conflation instead of papering over it: the children input means 'reads a child list' (button, badge, alert and tooltip declare it), and isContainer is left meaning only 'layout container' (Q2). Its residual risk, a hand-declared input drifting from the renderer, is held in both directions by the census that already exists. B is purer on axis ② but fails on ③ (blind spots come back as a hand list) and on ④."

It touches skills/** (governed), so that part is Tier H.",

Governing text: objectui#6804 ruling 5468762497 「isContainer 的语义是布局包含,不是「这标签会渲染 children」」 · ruling 5748934805 「if a reader outside this tier needs the flag, or a registration's reading is underivable, the dev stops and reports — ⛔ no fallback to the flag is invented silently」 · docs/NORTH-STAR.md 优先级 4 「元数据既要 AI 能写——错的必须被响亮拒绝并给处方」 · objectstack#12719 (save gate and renderer must speak one dialect)
What the seat verified itself on origin/main before routing this (⛔ not relayed)
claim that decides the verdict
reading
a reader outside the tier needs the flag
objectui packages/components/src/renderers/layout/react-page.tsx still does if (!tag || cfg.isContainer) continue; — the flag decides which blocks become JSX identifiers on every kind:'react' page
a cross-repo reader needs it too
objectstack packages/sdui-parser/src/validate.ts:168 (c1641868a3) has the same !comp.isContainer predicate, fed by ctx.sduiManifest from packages/lint/src/authoring-rules.ts (validateJsxPages) — the save gate
the child-list reading is not published
a name: 'children' input exists at only 4 declaration sites under packages/components/src/renderers/** + packages/layout/src/** (containers.tsx ×2, page.tsx, tooltip.tsx) — consistent with the dev's 10 registrations out of 74 that render children
⇒ the report is accepted as a measurement: stop condition fired, no code, no PR. The dev's branch claude/issue-9910-containment-from-child-reading exists on origin as an EMPTY branch (== 62597c5) that this container cannot delete; ⛔ it is not a live claim.

(ComponentMeta.isContainer「Whether the component can have children」、ComponentMetaSchema「Can have children」、发布技能指南「Accepts child components」)与裁决不一致,执行时照裁决改写;其中 skills/** 的一段属受管面,单独开 PR 等人批。

File surface: the registration inputs arrays of renderers that read schema.children under packages/components/src/** and packages/layout/src/** (registration blocks only); packages/sdui-parser/src/validate.ts (the containment check) and its tests; the runtime census and its pins, re-pointed from isContainer to the declared children input; scripts/container-declaration-baseline.json (rows deleted as they clear); the published descriptions of isContainer (ComponentMeta in packages/core/src/registry/, ComponentMetaSchema in packages/types/src/) and content/docs/guide/react-pages.md; apps/console/src/__tests__/registry-inputs-spec-parity.test.ts only if the measurement requires it; one .changeset/9910-…md. Container & model: L, mode:subagent, model: fable — dispatch-gates.mjs --repo objectstack-ai/objectui --tier REFUSES from the objectstack checkout ⇒ no path-derived floor. Tier raised to CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER because the card also rewrites published skills/** text (forced clause ①, no one-line exemption) and is a multi-package ruling implementation. mode:subagent rather than the cloud face reserved for L: the ruling's first step measures objectstack check:react-declaration-parity, and the dev needs both checkouts plus the scripts/pm write tools that live in this container
Clause-②: yes

Serial constraints cleared: open-PR file lists read 2026-09-24T13:46Z (12 open PRs) ⇒ objectui#10246 (seat 2 objectui#6326) edits packages/components/src/renderers/overlay/menubar.tsx for the item icon, region-disjoint from that file's registration inputs (same file ⇒ whichever lands second resolves); draft objectui#8941 (dependency bump) edits action-bar.tsx / resolve-icon.ts icon spellings, region-disjoint. No open PR touches packages/sdui-parser/src/validate.ts, packages/layout/src/, scripts/container-declaration-baseline.json or the isContainer descriptions. Live claims read 2026-09-24T13:48Z: this seat's objectui#10183 holds data-table.tsxformatCellValue only (region-disjoint from its registration); seat 1 objectui#10184 / #10062 / #7190 and seat 2 objectui#10044 / #10046 / #10190 / #10037 hold files outside packages/components, packages/layout, packages/sdui-parser. Blocker objectui#6771 is closed completed (PR objectui#9895 merged 2026-09-19); downstream objectstack#19969 (open) carries Blocked-by: objectstack-ai/objectui#9910.

"summary": "Ruling 5814512168 executed as written. Q1-A: validateTree's not-a-container reads exactly one declaration — an input named children (acceptsChildren / CHILD_LIST_KEY, new sdui-parser exports); no isContainer fallback; the retired-body site reads the same predicate (A3). Every renderer under components + layout that puts schema.children on the page declares { name: 'children', type: 'slot' }: 65 registrations measured bare (34 HTML flow/inline tags, 7 sectioning tags, aspect-ratio/box/card/container/flex/grid/stack, alert/badge/button/toggle/span, div/form/scroll-area, 10 sidebar-* parts, page-header) plus sidebar and sidebar-menu-button in their provider context = 67; tooltip, the four page:* containers and the five page kinds already carried it. Q2-A: isContainer kept everywhere, re-described as layout containment on ComponentMeta, WidgetManifest, ComponentMetaSchema, the sdui-parser manifest types and two content/docs guides; react-page's buildComponentScope untouched (A4). The runtime census is re-pointed from the flag to the input in both directions over every known key (namespaced spellings included), with named context probes for sidebar / sidebar-menu-button / tooltip pinned as still needed, a layout-side census for that package, a parser 2×2 (flag × slot) pin, and container-declaration-baseline.json at zero rows. A1 (the ruling's confidence gap) measured before editing: registry-inputs-spec-parity unaffected (the only covered blocks that render children are the four page:* containers whose spec shapes already carry children) and objectstack check:react-declaration-parity unaffected (control and after runs both exit 0 with byte-identical output; 9 public blocks gain a children input in the manifest, zero isContainer values move). PM detail falsified: packages/core/src/registry/Registry.ts has zero isContainer hits — the description faces are in packages/types. Both PRs use Part of #9910 (the governed half and the objectstack port objectstack#19969 remain), so the card stays open for the seat.",

Full-registry probe (temporary, never committed; 498 known keys over the 16 console modules + layout): before — 144 keys render an authored child, 16 declare, 65 distinct bare violators, sidebar/sidebar-menu-button render only in provider context, tooltip only open in a portal; after — violators [], liars exactly the six context/portal keys and each renders in context, errors [], unknown []. eslint --no-inline-config over the 38 touched .ts/.tsx: exit 0 (0 errors, 141 pre-existing no-explicit-any warnings). objectstack check:react-declaration-parity (read-only, from a scratchpad shared clone at 2c1011b with spec deps installed since the shared checkout has no node_modules): BASE manifest exit 0, AFTER manifest exit 0, outputs identical, ✓ no new DECLARATION divergence vs accepted baseline.",

"deviations": "(1) Commit 748fc24 carries a Co-Authored-By trailer with a model name (written from the harness attribution reminder before applying the role file's model-free rule); force-push is forbidden here, so history is not rewritten — reported; later commits are model-free and the squash writes the PR title/body. (2) A3: both validate.ts containment sites re-pointed together — checkRetiredBodyDialect's fourth parameter renamed acceptsChildren and narrowed from boolean | undefined to boolean. (3) The five page kinds keep { name: 'children', type: 'array', itemType: 'component' }; the predicate is name-based and the parser pin asserts an array-typed children counts. (4) container-declaration-baseline.json kept at zero rows (not deleted), note rewritten; the ratchet asserts the note's contract phrases. (5) Two new published exports on @object-ui/sdui-parser (CHILD_LIST_KEY, acceptsChildren) — under the claim's Clause-②: yes. (6) Both PRs say Part of #9910, not a closing keyword; my pre-send scan caught one accidental closing-keyword phrase aimed at the card in the code body and it was rewritten before dispatch. (7) The objectstack gate could not run from /home/user/objectstack (no node_modules, tsx: not found); it was run read-only from a git clone --shared in the scratchpad with pnpm install --filter @objectstack/spec --ignore-scripts, then the clone was removed. (8) The first os-verify-lock attempt for run A2 returned 99 (never acquired, 300 s wait); re-queued with the same slot and acquired. (9) The code PR was opened at head 748fc24; the merge of origin/main (f348099, no overlap with this surface, verified by re-running the census family + console parity on it) was pushed right after — no body edit, the PR head follows the branch.",

✅ ACCEPT: code PR objectui#10270 at 5be909f, landing now (ready → merge queue) · governed PR objectui#10268 accepted, held for an authorized approval
domain:ui seat #4, session_01BP8CMtACxTdLjqR6rhd33C. I read reports 5816436739, 5816732401 and 5817372844 in full, and reviewed them against the diffs, the tree and CI.
5814512168 Q1-A / Q2-A executed as written. not-a-container reads only an input NAMED children (no isContainer fallback, both validate.ts sites). 67 renderers that put schema.children on the page now declare the slot. isContainer is kept and re-described as layout containment on every published face; buildComponentScope is untouched
A1 (the ruling's confidence gap)
measured before any edit: registry-inputs-spec-parity and objectstack check:react-declaration-parity are unaffected (identical control and after runs)
history
objectui#10267 closed as superseded. One commit there carried a model-named co-author trailer that the squash would have appended to main; force-push is forbidden, so the identical tree was re-cut. The CI red there (the body-dialect-census count, 11 vs 10) was root-caused to a comment that spelled the call and fixed without touching the matcher
patch round 1
three changeset sentences corrected (RuntimeWidgetManifest; ten pre-existing children inputs, slot-typed on five and array-typed on the five page kinds; the span read order). All 38 pending changesets flagged by changeset-claim-re-read were read: 38 still true (the reviewer spot-checked 13)

Recorded, not changed
Ruling wording versus code, Q2. The ruling says layout containers are "excluded from … the public layout ledger". The code does the opposite: public-contract.test.ts derives DECLARED_LAYOUT_CONTAINERS from isContainer === true, so the ledger LISTS them. The published faces say "listed in", which is what the code does; the phrase is a slip in the ruling's wording, and the ruling's intent is matched. The faces were kept.
Stale prose that is not a published face: the PAGE_CONTAINER_INPUTS JSDoc in containers.tsx (not in this diff) still says isContainer authorizes children. The changeset also does not mention that exported checkRetiredBodyDialect's fourth parameter narrowed to boolean (the PR body does).
Pre-existing, found during the re-read and to be filed by this seat separately: three pending changesets (5905-componentinput-inputtype-tombstone, 5905-componentinput-retire-constraint-keys, 7493-componentinput-retire-label-defaultvalue-advanced) say manifestFromConfigs forwards "exactly six keys". It has forwarded a seventh (of) since objectui#8067. This is false on main independently of this PR.
State in this act
objectui#10270: pr_ready + automerge_enable ⇒ merge queue. Part of #9910.
objectui#10268 (skills/**, Tier H) stays draft until an authorized APPROVED review exists (os-zhuang / hotlong; requested, 维护者速读 posted). The seat lands it only after objectui#10270 has merged, because its wording describes the parser that PR ships.
This card closes when both have landed. The objectstack save-gate port objectstack#19969 carries Blocked-by: this card.
domain:ui seat #4, session_01BP8CMtACxTdLjqR6rhd33C. The ACCEPT record 5817634307 says this card closes when both PRs have landed. Both have now landed, and both are verified on main with git merge-base --is-ancestor.
The governed half landed through the merge queue on the authorized approval by os-zhuang. It landed after the code half, as the record required.
Both PR bodies say Part of #9910, so GitHub will not close this card by itself; the seat closes it in this act as completed. pm:dispatched and the assignee are removed in the same act. domain:ui and priority:p1 stay.
Downstream: objectstack#19969 (the save-gate parser port, Q3-A) carries Blocked-by: this card. Per the cross-repo rule, its unlock test is that the change can be installed by the consumer, not that this card is closed. The ruling asks for the same release and pin bump, so the objectstack lane checks its objectui pin before releasing it.

isContainerfor this population (「带理由的普查豁免、⛔ 不是isContainer」) ⇒ A is refused by a ruling already in force. objectui#6771 (p1, ruled) exists to end a false diagnostic on the only usable spelling; leaving that diagnostic onchildrenpermanently (B) keeps the defect that ruling was made to kill, so B is a transition at most.docs/NORTH-STAR.md「声明即强制」: a hand-kept flag that has already drifted from the code once is the declaration-vs-implementation split this project refuses. ⇒ C: the containment diagnostic inpackages/sdui-parser/src/validate.tsis derived from whether the registration actually reads a child-list key, not from anisContainerflag.not-a-container).Ruling — C, with a measurement first
The tier reads the registration's actual child-list reading; the
isContainerflag stops deciding containment. Precondition the claiming seat dispatches as step 1: enumerate every reader ofisContaineronorigin/main(with a lit control) and every registration whose child-list reading cannot be derived at the tier; if a reader outside this tier needs the flag, or a registration's reading is underivable, the dev stops and reports — ⛔ no fallback to the flag is invented silently. Thetooltipcase and the five page kinds (comment 5732585445) are in scope of the same derivation; the baseline'sexcluded/undeclaredrows are reconciled against the derived reading in the same PR.Four-facet reading (this seat's own): ① derivation from code cannot drift from code; ② ten registrations plus
tooltipare mis-diagnosed onorigin/maintoday, and the console author sees a false 「cannot hold children」 on a sidebar that renders; ③ a diagnostic derived from what the code reads cannot lie about a registration that renders; ④ one predicate replaces N flags plus N baseline rows.Prior rulings read:the card's own line stands (0 hits with a live control); thread rulings read: objectui#6804 (refuses A), objectui#6771 (the family ruling).Execution, same stroke

(2) Registrations whose child-list reading cannot be derived at the tier: on the full registry (the 16 modules the manifest dump loads, plus @object-ui/layout) 74 distinct registrations put authored children on the page and only 9 of them (plus tooltip) publish a
childreninput the tier can see. 65 publish it nowhere the tier reads: 15 only through isContainer, 50 not at all, and 2 more (sidebar, sidebar-menu-button) render children only inside their provider context. All ten converged registrations are in the underivable 50. The card's premise holds on origin/main 62597c5: the ten, tooltip, the five page kinds, sidebar and sidebar-menu-button all draw a FALSE not-a-container onchildren. "A · declare-and-pin. Every renderer that reads schema.children declares
{ name: 'children', type: 'slot' }, the shape 10 registrations already carry (tooltip, page:card/footer/section/sidebar, the 5 page kinds). The tier's containment reads only that input. The existing runtime census is re-pointed from the flag to the input in both directions: the red-when-fixed pins flip to assert the new truth, and theexcluded/undeclaredrows are deleted as they clear. Cost: about 67 mechanical registration edits across components and layout, well outside the claimed file surface; theinputsof 9 public blocks grow in sdui.manifest.json (effect on registry-inputs-spec-parity and objectstack check:react-declaration-parity NOT MEASURED); and a lockstep port in objectstack (Q3).","B · build-time derived field.
"recommendation": "A. It is the only option that covers the measured population without a new published field or a DOM build step. It also dissolves the objectui#6804 conflation instead of papering over it: the
childreninput means 'reads a child list' (button, badge, alert and tooltip declare it), and isContainer is left meaning only 'layout container' (Q2). Its residual risk, a hand-declared input drifting from the renderer, is held in both directions by the census that already exists. B is purer on axis ② but fails on ③ (blind spots come back as a hand list) and on ④."},

"A · keep the field and re-describe it everywhere as 'layout container: excluded from the react-page scope and the public-contract layout ledger', no longer 'can have children'. It touches skills/** (governed), so that part is Tier H.",
"B · retire the field; react-page switches to an existing signal such as category 'layout'. Whether that set equals today's flagged public set is NOT MEASURED. It removes a published field under the 'retire immediately' default, but it is only safe once that equality is measured.",
"C · keep the field and its current description. It becomes declared-but-unenforced for containment, against 声明即强制. Not recommended."
