Triage — first-touch grading (triage seat, session session_01KTguWpd7WNGYTGmSNY31RL): promoted to pm:queue, type Task. Auto-adjudicated (veto window open in the round report; maintainer may overrule).
Adjudication — turn it on: linterOptions: { reportUnusedDisableDirectives: 'error' } at the top level of eslint.config.js, with the card's own reverse verification (an injected stale disable must turn lint red by name). Why this clears the seat bar: the manual floor pins gate weakening (AI has a structural incentive to make CI green); this is the opposite direction — a ratchet close whose false-positive surface is measured (count 0 after #4833/PR #4849, per-rule reconciliation on record), whose recurrence is measured (49 stale directives accumulated, plus the #4850 class that is invisible without it), and whose red condition names the offending line. The --max-warnings threshold question the body mentions is explicitly not bundled — that is a separate, larger policy with an unmeasured red set.
Dev preconditions (fork, don't force): re-run the stale-directive count on the current ref first — it must still be 0 (in-flight PRs may have added one since the cleanup); if non-zero, fix or report before flipping. Timing note from the card stands: land in a quiet window, since any in-flight PR whose diff obsoletes an existing directive goes red at the moment of the flip.
PM note — ruled and ready, ⛔ deliberately NOT dispatched right now: this is not a quiet window.
Recorded by the domain:devx @ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM session session_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe. ⛔ Not claiming it; recording why it is being passed over so the next round does not read the skip as an oversight.
The ruling is triage's and I am not touching it
Turn it on — linterOptions: { reportUnusedDisableDirectives: 'error' } at the top level of eslint.config.js, with the card's own reverse verification. The adjudication is sound: this is a ratchet close, the opposite direction from the gate-weakening the manual floor guards against, its false-positive surface is measured at 0, its recurrence is measured at 49, and its red condition names the offending line.
⛔ Why it waits: the timing constraint is part of the ruling, not a footnote
Both the card and triage say the same thing:
any in-flight PR whose diff obsoletes an existing directive goes red at the moment of the flip (#4835 was exactly this shape, four of them at once)
This seat currently has four PRs in flight or queued — #6189, #6199, #6200, and the folded #5483 + #5439, the last of which touches ~20 vite.config.ts files. Flipping a repo-wide lint gate to error while that is outstanding is precisely the collision the constraint exists to avoid, and it would land the breakage on other people's PRs as well as mine.
⚠️ The blast radius is not zero-by-inspection either. "Does this diff make an existing eslint-disable stale?" is not answerable by looking at a diff — it depends on whether the rule still fires at that line after the change, which is why the flip is measured rather than reasoned about.
⭐ Taking it now for throughput would be trading a measured risk to other contributors for one card's worth of progress. The queue drains continuously in this lane; the window will come.
Dispatch conditions for whoever takes it — all three must hold
This seat's queue is empty or near it, and ideally the repo's is too.
⛔ Do not bundle the --max-warnings threshold question. Triage explicitly excluded it as a separate, larger policy with an unmeasured red set, and the card's body raises it only as an open question.
Staying pm:queue, unassigned. ⛔ No label change — this note is scheduling, not state.
Re-checked at 03:24Z — ⛔ still not the window, and the reason has shifted
By the domain:devx @ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM session session_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe. Second scheduled re-check; recording it so the skip stays a decision rather than an oversight, and so the next seat does not re-derive it.
The seat-local half of condition 1 is now satisfied
My earlier note held this card because this seat had four PRs in flight. That is no longer the blocker — tonight's batch has drained: #6204, #6205, #6210, #6215, #6216, #6217, #6218, #6220, #6227, #6228, #6229 all merged, with #6212 and #6232 the only two of mine still open.
⛔ The repo-wide half is not, and it is the half that matters
The dispatch condition reads "this seat's queue is empty or near it, and ideally the repo's is too." Measured just now: 13 open PRs repo-wide, across several seats, including live code work that is nothing to do with this lane —
plus three dependabot bumps, a release PR, and four governed-surface drafts
⚠️The blast radius of this flip lands on other people's PRs, not mine. Any of those thirteen whose diff happens to make an existing eslint-disable redundant goes red at the moment of the flip, on a branch whose author did nothing wrong and has no idea this card exists. #4835 is that shape on record — four at once.
And it is not answerable by inspection: "does this diff make a disable stale?" depends on whether the rule still fires at that line after the change, which is why the card's own precondition is a measurement rather than a review.
⭐ My seat draining does not make the repo quiet, and reading condition 1 as satisfied because my board cleared would be reading the constraint as being about my convenience rather than about other contributors. It is the second.
Re-checked at 04:22Z — ⛔ still held. My board is now empty and it still does not open.
Third scheduled re-check, by the domain:devx @ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM session session_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe.
This seat is fully drained
#6212 and #6242 merged. Zero open PRs from this seat, zero devs in flight. Fourteen landed tonight. So the seat-local reading of condition 1 is unambiguously satisfied — and that is precisely why this re-check is worth recording rather than skipping.
⛔ The repo is not quiet, and it re-filled while my queue drained
03:24Z
04:22Z
open PRs repo-wide
13
12
of them, live code work from other seats
3
5
The count barely moved, and the composition got worse for this card. Three PRs that did not exist an hour ago are all touching published source:
plus #6082 and the four governed drafts, two dependabot bumps and the release PR.
⚠️ Flipping reportUnusedDisableDirectives to error reds any branch whose diff happens to make an existing eslint-disable redundant — and #6244 and #6239 are exactly the shape that does it, changing whether a rule fires at a line that currently carries a disable. The authors did nothing wrong and have no idea this card exists. #4835 is that failure on record, four at once.
⭐ The lesson from this round is the one worth leaving here: an empty queue on this seat is not evidence the repo is quiet. Mine drained by fourteen merges while the repo's stayed flat, because other seats were filling it at the same rate. Reading condition 1 off my own board would have flipped this an hour ago, into a busier repo than the one I first declined to flip it in.
Unchanged, all three still required
Repo-wide in-flight work low — not met, 12 open, 5 of them live code.
Re-run the stale-directive count on the current ref; it must be 0. The 2026-08-16 measurement is now nine days and several hundred merges stale.
⛔ Do not bundle the --max-warnings threshold — separate policy, unmeasured red set.
⛔ Correcting my own three hold notes: the binding constraint is not "wait for a quiet repo"
By the domain:devx @ objectui execution seat, PM session session_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe. This supersedes the framing in my 01:00Z, 03:24Z and 04:22Z comments — their conclusion (hold) was right; my stated reason was incomplete, and incomplete in a way that could mislead the next seat.
What I got wrong
I have three times written that this card is gated on the repo being quiet, and told the next check-in to re-measure the open-PR count and reconsider when it drops. Re-reading the card's own words:
⛔ The switch timing belongs to the maintainer. That is an explicit escalation in the card body, not a heuristic — and it holds regardless of how quiet the repo gets. The in-flight-risk condition I kept measuring was my own addition. A sensible one, but it is not the gate, and my notes read as though clearing it would authorise the flip. It would not.
⚠️ Left uncorrected, the failure mode is concrete: a future agent reads "held because 13 PRs are open", measures 10, and flips a gate-strength change the card reserves for a human. So this note exists mainly to close that path.
Where the measurable conditions actually stand — favourably
Recording these because they make the maintainer's decision cheap, not because they authorise anything:
condition
status at 05:47Z
this seat's queue
empty — 15 PRs merged tonight, none open, no devs in flight
⭐ The in-flight risk surface is the smallest it has been all night. If the answer is "flip it", now is materially cheaper than any point in the last six hours.
⛔ Condition 2 is unmeasured, and I am not the one who can measure it
reportUnusedDisableDirectives appears nowhere on main (git grep → 0 hits), so this is an addition to eslint.config.js, not a change of an existing value. The current stale-directive count therefore cannot be read out of config — it needs a real pnpm install + lint run in a worktree, which is dev work, not a PM read.
So the 2026-08-16 zero from #4833 / PR #4849 is now nine days and several hundred merges old and must be re-measured before any flip, whoever authorises it. If it is not 0, the flip reds main itself on the first push.
What I am doing
Nothing. Staying pm:queue, unassigned, ⛔ no label change, and I am not dispatching it. The two questions the card reserves — when to throw the switch, and whether--max-warnings rides along — are the maintainer's, and I have no instruction on either.
⭐ Removing the re-check-and-reconsider instruction from my own check-in chain, so this does not get auto-flipped on a quiet-repo reading.
domain:devx @ objectui execution seat, PM session session_01GgDDqh6YnkXqsnVTCa7wHk, R36. ⛔ Standing labels untouched; pm:retriage coexists per protocol. Regrading is triage's call, ⛔ not this seat's.
The half-state
The card's own title ends 「门禁强度变更待裁」 — it says outright that the remaining step is a ruling. The previous seat's stand-down brief lists it under "⛔ Awaiting a human" as "gate-flip timing — reserved to the maintainer by the card's own body." Yet it carries pm:queue and no needs-user-decision.
⇒ It has been reading as dispatchable to every candidate query in this lane while being, by its own text, undispatchable. It came up in this round's selection and was skipped for that reason.
Why the human floor applies
Flipping linterOptions.reportUnusedDisableDirectives to 'error' is a gate-strength change. That is a named human-floor category and ⛔ is not adjudicable by an agent seat, including through triage's proxy channel — the reasoning being that an agent has a structural incentive to move gate thresholds, so the direction of a gate must be a person's decision.
⭐ Worth preserving on the card: the precondition it reports is already met — 失效 eslint-disable 已清零 (#4833 / PR #4849). So this is not blocked on work; it is blocked purely on the ruling. That distinction is what makes the current label actively misleading rather than merely untidy.
Requested regrade
needs-user-decision + drop pm:queue, with the four-quadrant block verified present.
I filed that comment without reading this card's full comment history first, and it shows in two places. (I made the same omission on #6436, where it produced an outright wrong filing — retracted there. Here the conclusion survives, but the reasoning needs repair.)
⛔ Correction 1 — I did not cite the triage adjudication, and it exists
Triage auto-adjudicated this card on 2026-08-18: "turn it on", promoted to pm:queue, type Task, with the reasoning that a ratchet close is the opposite direction from the gate-weakening the human floor guards against. ⛔ My comment presented the pm:queue label as an unexplained half-state. It is not — it is that adjudication.
⭐ Why I still think needs-user-decision is the honest label: the card's own body reserves something the adjudication did not cover —
The prior seat made exactly this correction to itself on 2026-08-25T05:46Z, after three hold notes that had framed the constraint as "wait for a quiet repo":
⛔ The switch timing belongs to the maintainer. That is an explicit escalation in the card body, not a heuristic — and it holds regardless of how quiet the repo gets.
⇒ So the live question is not whether to flip but when, plus whether --max-warnings rides along — and both are reserved by the card's text. pm:queue does not express "ruled in principle, timing reserved". That is what the retriage is asking triage to resolve.
⛔ Correction 2 — my "precondition already met" claim was itself stale
I wrote that the precondition is met because 失效 eslint-disable 已清零 per #4833 / PR #4849. ⚠️ That measurement is from 2026-08-16 and the prior seat already flagged it as "nine days and several hundred merges old" — six days staler again now. It also established that the count cannot be read from config (reportUnusedDisableDirectives appears nowhere on main), so re-measuring needs a real install-and-lint run in a worktree — dev work, ⛔ not a PM read.
⇒ The honest statement is: the precondition was 0 when last measured on 2026-08-16 and is currently unmeasured. ⛔ Not "already met". If it is non-zero, the flip reds main on the first push.
⭐ Recording it because I cited a stale number as a live one in a comment arguing that someone else's label was misleading.

The shape is verified, not assumed - print-config reads reportUnusedDisableDirectives 1 before and 2 after on a .ts, a .tsx AND a .mjs path, which is what the no-files-key shape buys (every rule-bearing object in this config is scoped ts/tsx or narrower, so the .js/.mjs/.cjs family that lint:root walks would otherwise be uncovered). --max-warnings is not in the diff and .github/workflows/lint.yml is untouched; the three site comments at eslint.config.js :57/:117/:294 are untouched (they moved to :82/:142/:319 by the insertion, unchanged in content). 47 turbo lint tasks mirrored directly with the CLI severity flag at 797b39f68: 4330 file rows, 0 errors, 0 unused directives (the two #7909 deleted are gone, controls 1/1) ⇒ the flip branch of the ruling, not the cleanup fallback
Reverse verification
leg A (.ts, 117-rule population) and leg B (.mjs, zero-rule population): planted no-debugger directive → exit 1 naming file:line with the unused-directive message; restores proved by blob hash = HEAD's and empty git diff HEAD. ⭐ Plus an ablation: the same planted directive under HEAD~1's config reads 1 warning, under this config 1 error — the delta is exactly this block
Gates
pnpm lint 47/47 fully uncached (turbo declares the config as a lint input, so every package cache was invalidated — which makes this run the real after-measurement) · lint:root 0 errors · lint:coverage 46/46 · check:control-bytes OK · 6 suites that read the config 217/217 · governed guard NOT GOVERNED — quoted at 28f9f309a

⭐ Reading worth carrying — it answers half of #7908
An unused directive on a zero-rule file does red under this option (leg B): directive processing is independent of rule resolution. On the 89 files lint:root walks against nothing, this flip is now the only check with teeth, and the class it catches there is exactly what #7909 deleted. #7908 stays open and untouched; this is recorded there by pointer in the seat's next stroke.
The window (ruling 2(b)) — criterion written down so the flip is not merged on a feeling
The only cost of the flip is a red on someone else's in-flight PR whose diff makes an existing directive stale, and the remedy is deleting that directive on that PR. This seat arms auto-merge when the number of other seats' READY live-code PRs is ≤ 2 and none of this seat's own queued PRs is still building (so the queue does not carry the flip and a sibling in one batch). At 2026-09-06T03:41Z the repo holds 5 other-seat live-code PRs (#7902, #7915, #7919 ready; #7922, #7685 draft) plus this seat's four landing — not yet. Re-read at every patrol; the round report says once where a post-flip red comes from.
Card stays pm:dispatched and assigned; it closes via Fixes when the flip merges.

Triage — first-touch grading (triage seat, session
session_01KTguWpd7WNGYTGmSNY31RL): promoted topm:queue, type Task. Auto-adjudicated (veto window open in the round report; maintainer may overrule).Adjudication — turn it on:
linterOptions: { reportUnusedDisableDirectives: 'error' }at the top level ofeslint.config.js, with the card's own reverse verification (an injected stale disable must turn lint red by name). The--max-warningsthreshold question the body mentions is explicitly not bundled — that is a separate, larger policy with an unmeasured red set.Dev preconditions (fork, don't force): re-run the stale-directive count on the current ref first — it must still be 0 (in-flight PRs may have added one since the cleanup); if non-zero, fix or report before flipping. Timing note from the card stands: land in a quiet window, since any in-flight PR whose diff obsoletes an existing directive goes red at the moment of the flip.

PM note — ruled and ready, ⛔ deliberately NOT dispatched right now: this is not a quiet window.
Recorded by the
domain:devx@ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM sessionsession_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe. ⛔ Not claiming it; recording why it is being passed over so the next round does not read the skip as an oversight. The ruling is triage's and I am not touching it
Turn it on —
linterOptions: { reportUnusedDisableDirectives: 'error' }at the top level ofeslint.config.js, with the card's own reverse verification. The adjudication is sound: this is a ratchet close, the opposite direction from the gate-weakening the manual floor guards against, its false-positive surface is measured at 0, its recurrence is measured at 49, and its red condition names the offending line.⛔ Why it waits: the timing constraint is part of the ruling, not a footnote
Both the card and triage say the same thing:
This seat currently has four PRs in flight or queued — #6189, #6199, #6200, and the folded #5483 + #5439, the last of which touches ~20
vite.config.tsfiles. Flipping a repo-wide lint gate toerrorwhile that is outstanding is precisely the collision the constraint exists to avoid, and it would land the breakage on other people's PRs as well as mine.eslint-disablestale?" is not answerable by looking at a diff — it depends on whether the rule still fires at that line after the change, which is why the flip is measured rather than reasoned about.⭐ Taking it now for throughput would be trading a measured risk to other contributors for one card's worth of progress. The queue drains continuously in this lane; the window will come.
Dispatch conditions for whoever takes it — all three must hold
--max-warningsthreshold question. Triage explicitly excluded it as a separate, larger policy with an unmeasured red set, and the card's body raises it only as an open question.Staying

Re-checked at 03:24Z — ⛔ still not the window, and the reason has shifted
By the
domain:devx@ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM sessionsession_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe. Second scheduled re-check; recording it so the skip stays a decision rather than an oversight, and so the next seat does not re-derive it.The seat-local half of condition 1 is now satisfied
The dispatch condition reads "this seat's queue is empty or near it, and ideally the repo's is too." Measured just now: 13 open PRs repo-wide, across several seats, including live code work that is nothing to do with this lane —
directionsort spelling from the publishedtoSortItemsexport #6234 — retiring thedirectionsort spelling from a published surface (draft)eslint-disableredundant goes red at the moment of the flip, on a branch whose author did nothing wrong and has no idea this card exists.
Unchanged, and still all three required

Re-checked at 04:22Z — ⛔ still held. My board is now empty and it still does not open.
Third scheduled re-check, by the
domain:devx@ objectui execution seat (#5748), PM sessionsession_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe.This seat is fully drained
The count barely moved, and the composition got worse for this card. Three PRs that did not exist an hour ago are all touching published source:
SchemaExamplefixtures (draft)RadioGroupSchema.orientationto the rendered radio groupFormSection.visibleWhenin all four form layoutsplus #6082 and the four governed drafts, two dependabot bumps and the release PR.
reportUnusedDisableDirectivesto error reds any branch whose diff happens to make an existingeslint-disableredundant — and #6244 and #6239 are exactly the shape that does it, changing whether a rule fires at a line that currently carries a disable. The authors did nothing wrong and have no idea this card exists. #4835 is that failure on record, four at once.⭐ The lesson from this round is the one worth leaving here: an empty queue on this seat is not evidence the repo is quiet. Mine drained by fourteen merges while the repo's stayed flat, because other seats were filling it at the same rate. Reading condition 1 off my own board would have flipped this an hour ago, into a busier repo than the one I first declined to flip it in.
Unchanged, all three still required

⛔ Correcting my own three hold notes: the binding constraint is not "wait for a quiet repo"
By the
domain:devx@ objectui execution seat, PM sessionsession_019b5UBNMtTzKbVtZZGvFuxe.
Where the measurable conditions actually stand — favourably
Recording these because they make the maintainer's decision cheap, not because they authorise anything:
⭐ The in-flight risk surface is the smallest it has been all night. If the answer is "flip it", now is materially cheaper than any point in the last six hours.
⛔ Condition 2 is unmeasured, and I am not the one who can measure it
reportUnusedDisableDirectivesappears nowhere onmain(git grep→ 0 hits), so this is an addition toeslint.config.js, not a change of an existing value. The current stale-directive count therefore cannot be read out of config — it needs a realpnpm install+ lint run in a worktree, which is dev work, not a PM read.So the 2026-08-16 zero from #4833 / PR #4849 is now nine days and several hundred merges old and must be re-measured before any flip, whoever authorises it. If it is not 0, the flip reds
mainitself on the first push. What I am doing
Nothing. Staying
pm:queue, unassigned, ⛔ no label change, and I am not dispatching it. The two questions the card reserves — when to throw the switch, and whether--max-warningsrides along — are the maintainer's, and I have no instruction on either.⭐ Removing the re-check-and-reconsider instruction from my own check-in chain, so this does not get auto-flipped on a quiet-repo reading.

The card's own title ends 「门禁强度变更待裁」 — it says outright that the remaining step is a ruling. The previous seat's stand-down brief lists it under "⛔ Awaiting a human" as "gate-flip timing — reserved to the maintainer by the card's own body." Yet it carries
pm:queueand noneeds-user-decision.⇒ It has been reading as dispatchable to every candidate query in this lane while being, by its own text, undispatchable. It came up in this round's selection and was skipped for that reason.
Why the human floor applies
Flipping
linterOptions.reportUnusedDisableDirectivesto'error'is a gate-strength change. That is a named human-floor category and ⛔ is not adjudicable by an agent seat, including through triage's proxy channel — the reasoning being that an agent has a structural incentive to move gate thresholds, so the direction of a gate must be a person's decision.⭐ Worth preserving on the card: the precondition it reports is already met — 失效
eslint-disable已清零 (#4833 / PR #4849). So this is not blocked on work; it is blocked purely on the ruling. That distinction is what makes the current label actively misleading rather than merely untidy.Requested regrade

⛔ Correction 1 — I did not cite the triage adjudication, and it exists
Triage auto-adjudicated this card on 2026-08-18: "turn it on", promoted to
pm:queue, typeTask, with the reasoning that a ratchet close is the opposite direction from the gate-weakening the human floor guards against. ⛔ My comment presented thepm:queuelabel as an unexplained half-state. It is not — it is that adjudication.⭐ Why I still think
needs-user-decisionis the honest label: the card's own body reserves something the adjudication did not cover —The prior seat made exactly this correction to itself on 2026-08-25T05:46Z, after three hold notes that had framed the constraint as "wait for a quiet repo":
⇒ So the live question is not whether to flip but when, plus whether
--max-warningsrides along — and both are reserved by the card's text.pm:queuedoes not express "ruled in principle, timing reserved". That is what the retriage is asking triage to resolve.⛔ Correction 2 — my "precondition already met" claim was itself stale
I wrote that the precondition is met because 失效⚠️ That measurement is from 2026-08-16 and the prior seat already flagged it as "nine days and several hundred merges old" — six days staler again now. It also established that the count cannot be read from config (
eslint-disable已清零 per #4833 / PR #4849.reportUnusedDisableDirectivesappears nowhere onmain), so re-measuring needs a real install-and-lint run in a worktree — dev work, ⛔ not a PM read.⇒ The honest statement is: the precondition was 0 when last measured on 2026-08-16 and is currently unmeasured. ⛔ Not "already met". Count re-measured 0, one top-levellinterOptionsblock, both reverse legs red and restored. ⛔ Stays DRAFT: the merge-queue lull is this seat's call under ruling 2(b), and it is not yet a lull.domain:devx @ objectuiexecution seat, PM sessionsession_013uAaxiwgYDybsTNV9xwa1M, R44, 2026-09-06T03:41Z. An unused directive on a zero-rule file does red under this option (leg B): directive processing is independent of rule resolution. On the 89 files
lint:rootwalks against nothing, this flip is now the only check with teeth, and the class it catches there is exactly what #7909 deleted.
