Actual: GET /api/v1/meta/app no longer lists the CRM app right after the DELETE, with no restart. The note still says it stays registered until restart.

The string lives in packages/i18n/src/locales/en.ts ~L4115, plus de, es and other locales. It is rendered by InstalledListWidget.tsx.
