Walked on objectui main 8415d9f11 with HotCRM's 45 opportunities, /crm_opportunity, Display › Layout › Kanban: the board shows Prospecting 0, Qualification 5, Needs Analysis 7, Proposal 7, Negotiation 6, Closed Won 0, Closed Lost 0 and the footer reads "25 records · Showing first 25 records. More data may be available." — the kanban is fed the grid's first page (Rows per page 25), so twenty records are missing from their columns and the closed columns read 0 although the dashboard counts 16 won and 13 lost. Each card shows only the record's name: no amount, account or owner, although the view's columns are Opportunity Name, Account, Stage, Amount, Probability, Expected Revenue, Close Date.

Target

The kanban loads the view's records without the grid's page size: per column, the first 50 by the view's sort with a "Load more" at the column's foot, and the column count from a count query; the footer's "showing first N" line retires on the board.
Cards carry, under the name, the view's next two non-stage columns as "label: value" lines (here Account and Amount) and the owner's avatar when the object has an owner; the view can override with kanban.cardFields.
