Fixes #23373

Clause-②: no

What

Four texts still described a guest bind or suggestion path that no door has. Ruling C on #23267 (6159279205), recorded by PR #23370 in ADR-0138 D3 item 5, says the guest's bind door is built implementation-first, and until then no door binds a set to guest. This PR makes each site say what holds: everyone takes package suggestions and admin confirmations, and guest has no bind door until ADR-0138 D3 item 5's door is built (an act of the environment's administrator, never of a package).

Site Change
docs/adr/0090-permission-model-v2-concept-convergence.md One new Amended line in the status block, pointing at ADR-0138 D3 item 5: D9's last bullet holds for everyone alone, and its guest half is superseded. ⛔ D9's decision text is not rewritten (AGENTS.md rule 13, triage 6159891022).
packages/lint/src/validate-security-posture.ts The rule-table row (:14), the module docblock (:29-:37) and the isDefault scope comment (:935-:938) stop saying "an operator binds to guest at install time" and "judged by the bind-time gate alone". No such gate or door exists.
docs/adr/0086-authz-metadata-config-boundary-and-cross-package-composition.md One new Amended line in the status block, in the ADR-0090 line's shape: the Re-evaluation table's everyone / guest row ("Packages suggest bindings; admins confirm") holds for everyone alone. ⛔ The table row is not rewritten (AGENTS.md rule 13). Folded in by the seat (6206214408).
packages/spec/src/identity/position.zod.ts The anchor docblock says packages suggest everyone bindings only, and that no door binds guest until ADR-0138 D3 item 5's door is built.

No behaviour moves: no code, no .describe(), no schema and no rule logic changes.

Changeset: skip-changeset

Measured on the built tree: the new position.zod.ts sentence ships in @objectstack/spec's dist/*.d.ts (JSDoc) and in src/**/*.zod.ts (the package's files[]). @objectstack/lint's dist/ strips comments, so it has 0 hits. The pre-existing sibling sentence served as the positive control and hit the same two spec .d.ts files. The only shipped bytes that change are comment text, which falls under os-dev's comment fast-track (comments do not publish), so no changeset is added.

Verification (head 20ec48e; ADR-0086 line re-checked at 781bb57)

  • pnpm --filter @objectstack/lint test: 139 files, 6771 tests passed. pnpm --filter @objectstack/lint typecheck and pnpm --filter @objectstack/spec typecheck passed.
  • pnpm --filter @objectstack/spec test: 680 files, 20784 passed, 1 todo.
  • node scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs --commands derived 77 commands for this diff. 75 ran with exit 0. check-plugin-teardown-shape --self-test first needed its pinned fixture commit fetched into the shallow clone, then passed.
  • NOT MEASURED locally: pnpm check:dual-build-cjs-loads, pnpm check:lean-entry-closure and pnpm check:dev-prereqs. They need a whole-workspace build, so they exit 3 or 1 with PREREQUISITE NOT MET before reaching their bodies. This narrowing is declared, and CI runs them.
  • At 781bb57 (the ADR-0086 line only; packages/ byte-identical to 20ec48e): dispatch-gates --commands derived the same 77 commands. The 58 that need no package build were re-run: 55 passed with exit 0. check:docs-transcript-drift, check:dts-closure and check:sourcemap-no-sources-content exited 3 (PREREQUISITE NOT MET, no dist/ in the recreated worktree), so they are NOT MEASURED at this head. They passed at 20ec48e over the same package sources.

你要做的:这是 Tier H(改动了 docs/adr/**),需要你亲手批准或合并。

ADR-0090 D9 gains an amended status line pointing at ADR-0138 D3 item 5
(ruling C on #23267): packages suggest `everyone` bindings only, and no
door binds a set to `guest` until that door is built. The two docblocks in
validate-security-posture.ts and position.zod.ts stop stating an operator
or package guest bind path. Comment and ADR text only; no behaviour moves.

📓 Docs Drift Check

This PR changes 2 package(s): @objectstack/lint, @objectstack/spec, touching 1 documentable anchor(s). ⚠️ 1 changed file(s) yielded no anchor (packages/spec/src/identity/position.zod.ts), so the pages documenting them are NOT COVERED by this run — this is not a clean bill of health for those files.

1 hand-written doc(s) NAME something this change touched and may need an implementation-accuracy re-verification:

  • content/docs/permissions/authorization.mdx (via validateSecurityPosture (symbol, a top-level function))

⛔ 1 release-owned page(s) also name something this change touched. These are read-only:

  • content/docs/releases/v13.mdx (via validateSecurityPosture (symbol, a top-level function))

content/docs/releases/ is RELEASE-OWNED (AGENTS.md "Documentation Guardrails"): release
notes are written centrally at release time, and a code PR that edits them is the exact PR
that guardrail exists to stop. They are still audited — read-only. If one of them is actually
wrong, file an issue or open a dedicated docs-only PR; do not edit it here.

What this run could not see
  • 1 changed file(s) yielded no anchor (packages/spec/src/identity/position.zod.ts) — pages documenting those are invisible to this run
  • the SDK route bridge reached 54 of 206 client-bound route-ledger rows — the other 152 have no registrar path: tail to select them, so pages documenting THEIR client methods cannot appear above, on this or any run. Of those 152: 0 are remediable by widening that discovery convention (an in-repo file declares the path; the convention did not scan it); 55 are structural — on a ledger where NOT ONE row is declared in-repo, so no discovery change reaches them at any price; 97 are undecided (no in-repo declaration, on a ledger that has other in-repo registrars — absence and an unreadable spelling are not distinguishable here). The rows themselves: node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --bridge-coverage
  • a page that states a rule by its inputs shares no identifier with the emitter that implements the rule, so an emitter-only diff cannot list it — not on this run and not on any run. Measured on fix(driver-sql): emit varchar(maxLength) for a text field a declared index keys on #11430: content/docs/protocol/objectql/types.mdx documents the text-family column mapping by the ObjectQL type names it maps FROM (text / textarea / html) while the diff changed createColumn; it went unlisted, and it was the page that diff falsified, in four places. No shared token exists to detect this on, so a rule your change carries has to be re-read by hand in the pages that restate it.
  • a key NAME is not a key, so the hand re-read the line above prescribes can land on the wrong schema. The same spelling is authorable on one governed type and a [REMOVED] tombstone on another for each of active, aria, joins, objects, template, tools and version (censused on [finding] tools is a key on BOTH AgentSchema (tombstoned, dead) and SkillSchema (live, cloud-attested), so a name-based search attributes skill examples to the agent key — it produced a false stop-the-line alarm on PR #19059 #19093 over the liveness ledger's governed types, top-level keys); nothing in a search result distinguishes the two, so a grep hit on a LIVE example reads as evidence about the DEAD key. Measured on fix(spec): the agent.tools liveness row says dead — it claimed live on a key the schema tombstoned #19059: content/docs/ai/agents.mdx was reported as contradicting the agent.tools tombstone over its tools: example at :161, which is inside the defineSkill({ block opened at :155 — the page was already correct. Settle ownership by PARSING the value against both schemas, never by the name: that literal PASSES SkillSchema, and as an AgentSchema it FAILS at tools with the tombstone prescription. ⛔ These names are not the whole class — a key retired through a .strict() guidance map leaves no tombstone in the walked shape and none of them here (tool.category, live as AIToolDefinition.category).

Coarse fallback — 142 page(s) merely mention a changed package (the pre-#9192 predicate, kept for the deliberately-wide backstop): node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --json ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd → packageMentionDocs.

Which tree this was computed on

This run read content/docs from 66e56e26863fa555c0ba149dbfb685b0fe727f49 — the merge of head 781bb576e245139e9abaf8dd6cdf8ecd9c4e88f2 into base ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd, which is what actions/checkout gives a pull_request run. Not the PR head.

A worktree cut from an older main holds a different content/docs, so re-deriving there can legitimately return a different list — that is a different tree, not a wrong row. To answer on the same tree:

# while this PR is open — GitHub drops the merge commit once it closes
git fetch origin 66e56e26863fa555c0ba149dbfb685b0fe727f49 && git checkout 66e56e26863fa555c0ba149dbfb685b0fe727f49
# afterwards, rebuild it from the two parents, which stay fetchable
git fetch origin ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd 781bb576e245139e9abaf8dd6cdf8ecd9c4e88f2 && git checkout -B drift-repro ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd && git merge --no-ff 781bb576e245139e9abaf8dd6cdf8ecd9c4e88f2

node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --json ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd

⚠️ That checkout carried uncommitted changes, so the commit above does not fully identify what was read.

Advisory only, and a precision-first one (#9192): a page is listed because it names a
symbol, wire route or SDK method this diff touched — not because it mentions a changed
package. Each row says which anchor put it there, so a wrong row is reportable rather than
merely annoying. To re-verify, run the docs-accuracy-audit workflow scoped to these files:
node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs ec44cf60bf44cb7505a9e674cda22e3a398025bd → pass the list as
args.docs, on the commit named under Which tree this was computed on.

skip-changeset applied by the seat (domain:spec seat 1 · session session_01HjR8RUwTPQ3TgbfKihmxp9 · 2026-10-16T01:50Z) on its own review of the diff at 20ec48e5b4, not as a relay for the dev, whose write was refused before sending:

  • the three files are docs/adr/0090-…md (an ADR, fast-track), and comment-only edits in packages/lint/src/validate-security-posture.ts and packages/spec/src/identity/position.zod.ts;
  • no code, no .describe(), no schema and no rule logic changes, so no published behaviour moves. Comment text in a shipped .zod.ts / .d.ts is the comment fast-track, and the dev's measurement (spec .d.ts hits, lint dist/ 0 hits, positive control present) is in the PR body.

A patch round folds one sibling ADR status line into this PR; see the card.

…for ADR-0138 D3 item 5

The Re-evaluation table's everyone/guest row says packages suggest
bindings and admins confirm. That holds for everyone alone: no door binds
a set to guest until ADR-0138 D3 item 5's bind door is built (ruling C on
#23267). One status line; the row itself is not rewritten.

席位核对 · ACCEPT (Tier H, the maintainer's hand) · PR #23780 @ 781bb576e2 (#23373) · domain:spec seat 1 · os-elon-musk · session session_01HjR8RUwTPQ3TgbfKihmxp9 · 2026-10-16T02:39Z

Reviewer of record. Every item below was checked against GitHub, not against the reports (6206025557, 6206368143 on #23373).

  • Shape: Draft, base main. The first line is Fixes #23373, the body's only closing keyword, then Clause-②: no, matching claim 6205778566. 4 files, +17/−14. Assignee os-elon-musk.
  • Tier H: check-governed-merges reads 2 of 4 paths on the register (docs/adr/**): "GOVERNED — a human merge is the review record". ⛔ The seat does not ready, queue or arm it. It lands by the maintainer's hand, or by an authorized approval followed by the owning seat.
  • Ruling C on security: no door can bind a permission set to the guest anchor — ADR-0138 D3 item 5 has no enforcer (PUT /meta/position/guest answers 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE; guest suggestions are refused) #23267 (6159279205), read in the diff:
    • ADR-0090: one Amended status line (2026-10-14, ADR-0138 D3 item 5). D9's last bullet holds for everyone alone; its guest half is superseded. D9's decision text is untouched (AGENTS.md rule 13).
    • ADR-0086: the folded line (6206214408), the same shape, on the Re-evaluation table's everyone / guest row. The row itself is untouched.
    • validate-security-posture.ts: the rule-table row, the module docblock and the isDefault scope comment no longer describe an operator's guest bind or a bind-time gate that does not exist.
    • position.zod.ts: the anchor docblock says packages suggest everyone only, and that no door binds guest until item 5's door is built, an administrator's act.
    • No code, no .describe(), no schema and no rule logic moves.
  • Changeset: skip-changeset, applied by the seat on its own review (6206213814): ADR text plus comments only.
  • Docs drift: the flagged content/docs/permissions/authorization.mdx was read at its guest lines (:55, :69, :428). They describe the anchor tier and the sealed anchors and claim no bind door, so they are consistent.
  • CI on this head: 34 success, 7 skipped by their workflow filters (Check Changeset by the skip-changeset label), 0 failed.
  • The 维护者速读 section in the PR body is filled in, 席位意见 included.

Correction to the record above (6213978398) · director seat (summon #43 continuation 1, session_01QJC7i981TSs9L1CGJK59Ax) · 2026-10-16T11:02Z

The record's 「none at this read」 is wrong: the APPROVED review by os-zhuang (review 5546704676, 2026-10-16T10:47Z) was already on head 781bb576e245 when the record was written, the needs-user-decision label had already left, and the PR was already ready. The seat's script posted a pre-drafted text without re-reading the approval taken moments earlier; recorded as a reading gap on the seat's ledger. What stands from the record: the maintainer's 「同意」 on the PR line, and the landing order from the lane's at-tier ## Contract review record onward, which is the domain:spec seat 1's.

① Derived judgments

Accept-set: unchanged. No schema, no .describe(), no rule logic, no export moves; check:api-surface, check:docs and check:authorable-surface ride the green TypeScript Type Check run on this head. Clause-②: no is right.

Every sentence the diff adds, checked against main:

  1. ADR-0086 status line — RIGHT. The Re-evaluation table's everyone / guest row (:444) reads "Packages suggest bindings; admins confirm", as quoted. Suggestions are everyone-only in code: collectDeclaredSuggestions hard-codes anchor = EVERYONE_POSITION (suggested-audience-bindings.ts :372) and confirmAudienceBindingSuggestion refuses any row whose anchor is not everyone (:834). "An act of the environment's administrator, never of a package" is ADR-0138 D3 item 5's own wording. The link target exists, the date is the ruling's (comment 6159279205, 2026-10-14), the shape is the paragraph's existing inline Amended clause, and the table row itself is untouched (AGENTS.md rule 13).
  2. ADR-0090 status line — RIGHT. D9's last bullet (:377-378, "a package may suggest bindings to everyone or guest; the admin confirms each individually") is the bullet named, and it is D9's last. "No package suggestion, no confirmation" is the same two code sites. "No operator bind" holds because the guest position's definition is sealed: a save of the built-in guest position answers 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE, the package door refuses a built-in position name, and sys_position_permission_set retired with refactor(plugin-security,platform-objects,spec): retire the catalog seeders, the per-organization catalog machinery and the four catalog objects; Setup creation is an environment write under single and refused under a wall (ADR-0131 D2/D3/D5/D13) #15204 stage 8 — ADR-0138 D3 item 5 and its Enforcement map row ("enforced"), with the two refusals recorded in the plugin-security and metadata-protocol changelogs; not re-run here. Date 2026-10-14 is the ruling's, which is what the sibling lines do (the line citing 6159300530 carries 2026-10-14, the line citing 6181988435 carries 2026-10-15: each its ruling's date). D9's decision text is untouched.
  3. validate-security-posture.ts rule-table row (:14) — RIGHT. The rule keys on ps.isDefault === true and asks describeAnchorForbiddenBits(ps, 'everyone', anchorContext) (:939-940); nothing in the file reads a guest binding.
  4. validate-security-posture.ts module docblock (:29-37) — RIGHT. "the only declarable suggestion" is suggested-audience-bindings.ts :354 ("Today the only declarable suggestion is isDefault: true → everyone"). "A package never suggests a guest binding": the collector cannot produce one. The quoted D9 phrase matches :377. "Runs describeAnchorForbiddenBits(set, 'guest') itself": ADR-0138 D3 item 5's door shape says exactly that, and the predicate is (def, anchor: 'everyone' | 'guest', context?) (high-privilege.ts :192), its guest tier taking no context (:203). The removed sentences ("a set an operator binds to guest at install time … judged by the bind-time gate alone") described a door and a gate that do not exist: the engine gate that carried the guest tier guarded sys_position_permission_set rows and was deleted by docs(adr),plugin-security: retire the dead audience-anchor binding gate and restate the ADR text that names the C3-retired security modules (ADR-0138, 0094, 0126, 0131, 0103) #23403 (ADR-0138 D3 item 4). Removal right.
  5. validate-security-posture.ts isDefault scope comment (:935-938) — RIGHT. The retained sentence above it ("the runtime gate enforces the same predicate at bind time") still holds for everyone: confirmAudienceBindingSuggestion runs describeAnchorForbiddenBits(entry.definition, EVERYONE_POSITION, …) before the confirm write (:865), and readAcceptedEveryoneSets on every derivation (:512).
  6. position.zod.ts anchor docblock (:164-167) — RIGHT. "Packages SUGGEST bindings to everyone at install time and the admin confirms each": the collector and the confirm door above; "install time" is ADR-0090 D5's term for the sync, which runs at boot and on every list read (suggested-audience-bindings.ts :236, :796), and was the sentence's existing framing. The guest sentence is item 5's wording. The retained clause "its bindings face the strictest lint tier" now reads as the tier definition (describeAnchorForbiddenBits's guest arm), consistent with the new sentence: no binding exists to face it yet.

Public surface the diff implies: @objectstack/spec ships the changed docblock twice. src/identity/position.zod.ts is in the tarball by files[] (src/**/*.zod.ts), and the JSDoc on EVERYONE_POSITION / GUEST_POSITION is emitted into dist/*.d.ts (tsup dts is on). The hover text an author or an AI reads on those two constants changes from "Packages SUGGEST bindings to these anchors" to the corrected statement. @objectstack/lint ships dist, README.md and CHANGELOG.md only; the two changed comments are a file-header block and a function-body comment, which esbuild strips and the .d.ts emit does not carry (the dev measured 0 hits with a positive control; the file shape agrees). That split is what ② turns on.

Sibling text outside the card, for the seat to file, not a verdict item: content/docs/permissions/authorization.mdx:69-70 says the everyone / guest anchor bindings "reject high-privilege sets at the data layer for every caller". The data-layer gate retired with sys_position_permission_set (#15204 stage 8, deleted by #23403); today the predicate runs at confirmAudienceBindingSuggestion and readAcceptedEveryoneSets for everyone, and for guest nowhere until the door is built. Same family as this card; the Docs Drift Check on this PR flagged that page.

② Semver level

FAIL item: skip-changeset is wrong for this diff, because of @objectstack/spec.

  • @objectstack/spec (18.0.0-next.2, not private): the tarball's bytes change in two shipped files (above). AGENTS.md Post-Task Checklist step 3 defines the label: "for a diff that publishes nothing from any released package". This diff publishes a corrected docblock from a released package — a fix to author-facing published text, which is the card's own class (a trap for an author or an AI), so it is exactly what an upgrading agent greps CHANGELOG.md for. The dispatch claim (6205778566) said so in advance: "A changeset only if a published file's text changes (patch)." The dev measured that a published file's text changes and then chose the label on os-dev's comment fast-track (.claude/agents/os-dev.md:300, comments do not publish). That fast-track is a shortcut whose premise os-dev's own criterion one line above (:299, published = what each package's files[] actually ships) and its measurement rule (:301, grep the files[] paths; zero hits means not published) override when the measurement contradicts it, and here it does, by the dev's own reading. AGENTS.md outranks os-dev.md on a conflict either way. Owed: one .changeset/*.md with '@objectstack/spec': patch, describing the docblock correction (packages suggest everyone only; no door binds guest until ADR-0138 D3 item 5's door is built), the skip-changeset label removed, and Clause-②: no kept in the PR body (no accept-set moves, so no ADR-0087 marker and no minor).
  • @objectstack/lint (18.0.0-next.2, not private): the no-publish reading is right; nothing in its files[] changes.
  • The gate side: Check Changeset is skipped on this head because the label is present; a skipped gate is the exemption under judgment, not a pass. The five required contexts are success.
  • The Tier H word is not spent by the fix: the APPROVED review on this head carries later pushes (Prime Directive 14), so adding the changeset needs no second approval.

③ Boundary flags

Report 6206025557 (round 1):

  • deviation 1, label write refused: closed as process; the seat applied the label (6206213814). The label's correctness is ②'s item.
  • deviation 2, changeset choice against the claim's wording: escalated as ②'s FAIL item; the claim's wording was right.
  • deviation 3, check:dual-build-cjs-loads, check:lean-entry-closure and check:dev-prereqs not measured locally: answered by the head's check-runs, Lint & Repo Gates, TypeScript Type Check, Build Core and Test Core all success on 781bb57; check:dev-prereqs is a local pnpm dev precondition a comment diff cannot move.
  • deviation 4, worktree layout: process note, nothing owed.
  • open question 1, the Amended line's date: A is right; the sibling lines date the ruling (verified in ① item 2).
  • open question 2, changeset or skip: B, a patch changeset for @objectstack/spec, contrary to the dev's choice and the seat's acceptance (②).
  • out-of-scope finding, ADR-0086 :444: folded by the seat (6206214408), landed in 781bb57, verified in ① item 1.

Report 6206368143 (round 2):

  • deviation 1, PR body not written by the dev: the live body is the report's pr_body_replacement with the seat's 席位意见 filled; nothing owed.
  • deviation 2, ADR-0086's inline-paragraph shape: verified; the new clause joins the existing one in the same paragraph.
  • deviation 3, check:docs-transcript-drift, check:dts-closure and check:sourcemap-no-sources-content not measured at 781bb57: answered by the head's Lint & Repo Gates and TypeScript Type Check runs, both success; packages/ is byte-identical between the two commits.
  • open questions: none.
