What the code does (read, not measured)

platform-objects ships en / zh-CN / ja-JP / es-ES only (setup.translation.ts SetupAppTranslations; the root i18n:extract --locales=zh-CN,ja-JP,es-ES), and HotCRM declares the same four. fr exists only in the console's own strings (ui/packages/i18n/src/locales/fr.ts). So the console speaks French around metadata labels that stay English.

Wanted (route is triage's)

Decide whether fr becomes a fifth platform locale (every platform bundle, through the generator) or whether the console should not offer a UI locale the platform metadata cannot follow. Either way, the two sides agree on one locale list.
