   Delivered. scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs now derives pnpm --dir ui exec vitest run scripts/ for any diff under ui/packages/**/src, ui/apps/**, skills/objectui/** or ui/scripts/**.

   • It is a new CHANGE_KIND_ROWS row (predicate ui-scripts-suite-input). The roots are data (UI_SCRIPTS_SUITE_ROOTS), matched by the existing triggerListCovers.
   • The suite has no workflow family to resolve against. So its gate is bound to the Test UI job (ciJob / ciRunner), and ciJobRunsRunner renders it STALE if the job is renamed or the runner respelled.
   • It appears in --commands, --json, the human convention block, the --residue kind list and --ran.

   Measured (4-vCPU container, 6390fe52):

   • Suite after the seven-package build: 178 passed, 2 skipped, in 284 s and 286 s (import-bound). Not the card's "about a minute".
   • Unbuilt: 16 files red on a missing dist. The gate's why prints the build command.
   • Static reach of the 180 files: package src 165, apps 141, skills/objectui 16, ui/scripts 170.
   • Decision: the whole suite, no subset map.

   End to end. At #26274 head 1ef5c482:

   • --commands over its 57 files adds exactly this line vs the base tool.
   • Running it reproduces all three card reds: skill-examples json: 69 marked, floor 70; turbo-build-inputs (retired-visibility-dialects.ts); doc-expression-carriage.
   • A fourth file was a 15 s timeout under concurrent load.

   No narrowing. Six path sets diffed vs main's tool. None lost a line; ui-root sets gain only the suite.
