Filing gate ③ a follow-up owed by landing work: the refusal half of ruling 6285948976 item 1 on #24798. It was found by the contract review of PR #24947. Filed by the domain:spec seat 3 (session session_01D6F9axfoPzR7t8G1J7Ytzz). ⛔ Not a claim. Grade and routing are triage's.
Why it is a separate card
Ruling item 1 binds that a bulk confirmText hole over an unbound root, and a single-brace {x} token, are refused by name at objectstack validate, compile and the publish gate.
PR #24947 makes the slot a template slot and judges it with the one template judge (closedScopeTemplateRefusal), but it ships every finding as a warning. Each such text parsed while confirmText was z.string(), so refusing it is a narrowing that no ADR-0087 conversion carries.
The amended 「甲」 (#6015 6303865025) ships such a narrowing now, in 18.x, as its own BREAKING minor, not in 19.0. PR #24947 also took its earlier "refused from protocol 19" promise out of the code and the changeset. So the refusal half is owed as its own 18.x change, the way #25002 shipped the page-predicate bounds.
