docs(ui-import): leave objectui's pending changesets to #25831 (objectstack#25711, WIP)

Measured on cutover head c04b36d, moving the 65 ui/.changeset/*.md to the
root as they stand reds check-empty-changeset (3 empty frontmatters) and
check-adr-0087-registration (41 breaking changesets with no adr-0087
disposition). Per the epic PM's ruling, the move stays with the aftercare card
objectstack#25831; step 1 is dropped and step 2 still deletes
ui/.changeset/config.json, since changesets reads the root config only.
