Description
Filing gate ① a user-visible defect with a named landing site, held behind a platform release. Found by the os-dev pass on #2295 (report comment 6410403887), re-read by the repo:hotcrm seat.
What is seen
In zh-CN, the console's report index (/_console/apps/app.objectstack.hotcrm/reports, the sidebar's 全部报表 row) lists every HotCRM report by its English label (Opportunities by Stage, Lead Inflow, …), while the sidebar's Reports group shows the same reports in Chinese (各阶段商机, 线索流入, …). The sidebar entries translate through their nav item keys; the index reads the report's own label.
reach: the public UI, measured as the dev admin on @objectstack/* 18.1.0.
Why
- The console's index (
AppReportIndexView,reportLabelin the i18n runtime) readsreports.<name>.labelfrom the translation bundle. @objectstack/spec18.1.0 has noreportsgroup inTranslationData(its key guidance says "reports have no translation group, omit them"), so HotCRM has no legal slot to write those labels.- feat(spec,cli): reports are translatable —
reportsin the translation bundle objectstack#25826 adds thereportsgroup to the bundle; merged 2026-10-26, after 18.1.0 (published 2026-10-24). Merged is not installable.
Landing (once a released @objectstack/* carries #25826)
src/sales/translations/{zh-CN,ja-JP,es-ES}/(and the en pack if the bundle wants it): areportsgroup with each HotCRM report's label, reusing the wording the sidebar entries already carry so the index and the sidebar agree.- A pin that every registered report has a label in each locale pack.

In zh-CN / ja-JP / es-ES the report index lists each report under the same name the sidebar shows. pnpm verify green.
