configure/meta.ja.json already matches the English pages list. Same rules as PRs 1 and 2 (docs/TRANSLATION.md): English heading ids, fences byte for byte with the English page, glossary ja column, UI labels in English, one line per paragraph, each page stamped.

The branch carries one -s ours merge of the landed #397 branch head so the push fast-forwards; the diff against main is only these 14 files.

Tests

Local, on main aa65aa7 plus this commit, with a NEXT_PRIVATE_STANDALONE=true build:

• Worker upload (wrangler deploy --dry-run): 40,152.91 KiB (gzip 7,954.67), against the 61,440 KiB budget. Main in CI is 38,916.49 KiB, so the 14 pages add about 1,236 KiB, 88 KiB each. fix(worker): stop bundling every docs page twice (#395) #397's projection was 86 KiB per page.
• CI run 40882386385 at 8688a48: green, Worker 40,151.69 KiB (21,288.31 KiB headroom), same per-page table, pre-merge preview smoke passed with search in all 8 locales.
• check-worker-page-cost.mjs on this build: ja 57 pages at 76.73 KiB per page; one more page costs about 86.73 KiB; 245 more pages fit; one more full locale fits with 12,787 KiB left.
• check-translations.mjs: passed; ja 0 stale, 41 missing (was 55).
• check-translation-output.mjs --files <list of these 14>: blocking on 14, no findings.
• check-locale-surface.mjs, check-positioning.mjs, gen-zh-hant.mjs --check: pass.
• Rendered check (Playwright against next start of this build): /ja/docs/configure, /ja/docs/configure/authentication and /ja/docs/configure/webhooks answer 200 with lang="ja", a ja title (設定, 認証, Webhook), the ja sidebar, English heading ids (what-is-supported, setup-and-studio, enabling-webhooks) and 0 page or console errors.

Acceptance notes

• After landing, the post-deploy smoke check needs to be green.
• fix(worker): stop bundling every docs page twice (#395) #397's deploy on main (aa65aa7, run 40881898383) published and its live smoke check passed before this PR is up for landing.
