- Native Book変換APIを再設計し、NativeBookBuilderのエラー分類を変更する。Pythonの保存先既存エラーもFileExistsErrorへ変更する - RustにYBBの逐次入出力とNative変換を追加し、評価値、深さ、候補手順を保持する。メモリ保持とファイル参照、全件検査と参照時検査を分離する - DB2016の逐次出力を追加し、省略手数と明示的な0を区別する。Native変換の手数欠落の二重計上を修正する - Position::to_flipped()、NativeBook::get_with_flipped()、Position::clone_compact()を追加する - 棋譜の反則勝敗と終局表記、持ち時間の加算、秒端数、数値範囲を修正し、表現できない勝敗の出力を拒否する - Python標準版とAVX2版のsdist検証を整備し、移行ガイドとAPI文書を現行実装に揃える

1.7.0 として、Native Book 変換の設定とエラー分類を整理し、YBB 入出力、DB2016 逐次出力、局面反転と定跡の反転検索を追加する。棋譜の勝敗、終局表記、持ち時間の互換性を修正し、移行ガイドに Rust と Python の破壊的変更を明記する。
検証済み：Windows の
make check（Rust 840 件、doctest 32 件、Python 297 件）、警告をエラー扱いにした Rustdoc、mdBook、Python 索引のアンカー127件、public export検査。crate、標準版とAVX2版のsdist、各sdistからのWindows wheelを再生成し、ソース一致と独立環境での動作を確認した。マージ前に PR の CI と、同じ候補を対象とする Python release workflow の標準5環境、AVX2 3環境、両sdistのビルド成功を確認する。
