擬似合法性の判定で
generate_all_legal_moves == falseを指定した場合も、行き所のない桂の不成を拒否します。1.2.3 の修正漏れに対応し、先後の段境界、成りと不成、
MoveとMove32の回帰テストを追加しました。通常の合法手判定と合法手生成は、従来からこれらの手を拒否しています。
擬似合法性、成り条件、自玉の安全を分割して検査する場合の呼び出し順もマニュアルに明記しました。
検証：
make check（Rust 738 件、Python 246 件、doc-test 30 件）、AVX2 の桂の境界テスト、release 確保検査、rustdoc、mdBook と public export の回帰検査が成功しました。Rust crate の展開後ビルドと外部 consumer による桂の判定、SAZ2 の既存値 4/5 の読み書き、履歴短縮 API の互換性検査も成功しました。
Windows の標準版と AVX2 版の wheel を隔離環境で検証し、それぞれ Python 246 件が成功しました。
全 OS の候補 build と公開後のレジストリ取得も公開工程で確認します。
