Claude's directory validator auto-loads
.mcp.json, which previously contained the Codex format and failed because the remote server had no Claude transport type. Move Codex's unchanged configuration to.codex-mcp.jsonand place Claude's unchanged HTTP configuration at.mcp.json. Update the publishing instructions for the current submission flow.Validated with
./scripts/validate.sh, strict Claude directory validation for the repository and plugin manifest, and a comparison confirming both client configurations retain their original contents.
