📚 Description

The dependency-updates routine flagged 19 outdated dependencies. This bumps all of them at their manifest source: the pnpm-workspace.yaml catalog, plus vue, vue-router, and vue-tsc in the test/fixtures/nuxt5 fixture. typescript stays on 6.0.3, and the pkg.pr.new overrides and catalog: references are untouched.

Two majors:

• nuxtseo-layer-devtools 5.3.16 → 6.0.2: v6 removed the deprecated v5 content and module list APIs. The devtools panel here only imports composables/rpc, composables/state, and composables/shiki, and all three subpath exports are unchanged in v6.
• happy-dom 20.14.5 → 21.0.3: nothing in the repo imports happy-dom directly, it is present for the test toolchain.

Two side effects worth a reviewer's eye:

• nuxt-i18n-micro 3.30.1 added a preinstall guard that only does something inside its own repo; when installed as a dependency it exits 0. pnpm's build-script gate flagged it, so I denied it in allowBuilds rather than approving it. Happy to flip that if you would rather allow it.
• pnpm pruned seven stale pins from minimumReleaseAgeExclude through minimumReleaseAgeExcludePrune (nuxt@4.6.0, @nuxt/kit@4.6.0, @nuxt/cli@4.0.0 and friends), since those versions left the graph with this bump.

No updates were excluded; all 19 landed.
