• advance the kube-insight docs submodule to the current v0.1.3-era main commit
• add a latest-release strip to the kube-insight project page for A2A, kagent, Helm, image, and embedded Web UI availability
• mark kube-insight docs as verified on 2026-07-02 and fix the header GitHub button hiding on mobile
