Reduces Dependabot pull request noise by grouping minor and patch GitHub Actions updates, consistent with the linked Node.js website PR.
Changes:
- Replaces the CodeQL-specific group with a catch-all
actionsgroup for minor and patch updates. - Leaves major updates outside the group for separate review.
