- Introduced a new field "FIT_reviewed" to various model JSON files to indicate whether the tool has been reviewed by the FIT team. The values can be "Yes", "In_Progress", or "No". - Updated the schema_model_list.json to include the new "FIT_reviewed" field in the model definition. -Used GitHub copilot agent to add.

This PR addressses nmfs-ost/FIT-committee#105
FIT_reviewedfield to all model JSON files in themodel_list_dirdirectory, indicating whether each model has passed the FIT quality checks. Possible values are "Yes", "In_Progress" and "No"
