Summary

Complete unattended package source PR validation and protected queue admission by adopting the reviewed v2.11.0 source adapter. Dispatched bot validations are recorded in Actions but can be absent from the PR required-check rollup; the adapter exposes only verified actual job outcomes.

Pin all 28 general shared references to corrected protected source 1e0a32faa469994e478ba8a3944875b6aca7e659, preserving separately reviewed repository-checks and SLSA builder pins. Supply the exact sixteen protected job names across five workflows and reconcile requested, in-progress and completed events. Keep the existing narrowly scoped permissions and hourly recovery.

Evidence

The parsed caller map matches all sixteen current protected contexts. Executing the actual reviewed shared input validator accepts this caller and rejects a missing source DCO gate. Workflow/security validators, Editorconfig and Gitleaks pass. The shared library passed its 133-test regression suite, native validation and protected merge queue; its source tests cover actual job run/attempt identity, failure URLs, producer races, missing/blocked checks, immutable path/workflow proofs and API budgets.

All required representative native checks must pass before the v2.11.0 tag is published. After rollout, the trusted updater regenerates existing bot source branches from current main with expected-head leases; each diff remains its selected source and generated catalog.

Merge danger

This enables privileged metadata-only reporting for same-repository GitHub Actions bot package PRs on the fixed updater namespace. Actual parent ancestry, owned package/catalog paths, current protected workflow blobs, full required validation and expected-head queue admission remain mandatory. No extra token permissions or caller-code execution is added to the reconciler. Source/license review and real failed validations retain their gates. Rollback restores the prior shared pin and removes the source opt-in.

Shared contract and implementation: nix-forge/ci#79 and nix-forge/ci#80; additional provenance regression coverage: nix-forge/ci#81.
