Account rows repeated their quota and reset text in a hover tooltip that overlapped the open submenu. Remove those duplicate tooltips and the routine routing, login, connection, and Claude usage hints. Show the last-used account in its submenu, retain diagnostic and reset-credit details, and update the menu regression tests and documentation.
